Jade Sharpe is Claims Service Corporation's Accounting Manager, who has over ten years of office management and accounting expertise. Jade is the company's primary contact for all accounting related inquiries regarding accounts payable and receivable. Jade's emphasis and expertise include financial analysis, reporting, bordereaux, and Third Party Administration (TPA). Jade graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Finance.

James M. Porter

James M. Porter, Assistant Vice President & General Property Adjuster, has over 30 years of experience in Property, Casualty, General Liability, and Workers' Compensation claims, having worked in claims management with two major insurance companies. James' heavy emphasis is on large property losses to include manufacturing plants, warehouses, strip malls, condominiums, apartment complexes, motels, governmental entities, and churches. James also has extensive experience in handling loss business income, stock, and extra expense claims. Mr. Porter is licensed in North and South Carolina and is a member of the Richmond & Virginia State Claims Associations and the Professional Claims Association. In 2000, James was awarded Adjuster of the Year by the Richmond Claims Association, and in the year 2001, James held the office of President for this same organization. He currently serves as President-elect of the Virginia State Claims Association. James graduated from Virginia Union University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Roy C. Hinton

Roy C. Hinton is the Chairman-President-CEO of Claims Service Corporation of America. He is a National General Adjuster with over forty years of Multi-Line experience in claims. His experience includes Casualty, Property, Physical Damage, Claims Management, Auditing, Consulting, and Mediations. His expertise includes attorney negotiations, trial preparation, claims administration for Certain Underwriters at Lloyd's of London and other London based companies. Roy's background also includes serving as a qualified expert witness on litigated claims and other insurance-related matters. Mr. Hinton serves as an Appraiser and Umpire on appraisal matters and is also an Arbitrator on complex claims and coverage issues. Roy is a member of the Richmond Claims Association, Virginia State Claims Association, Hampton Road Claims Association, and Atlanta Claims Association. Roy is past President and Adjuster of the Year for Richmond Claims Association, Inc. A full member of the International Institute of Loss Adjusters, Inc. active and voting member National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters (NAIIA). Roy is an Associate Member of the Loss Executives Association (LEA) and co-chairman of the State of Virginia Council on Litigation Management (CLM). Roy is President-Elect of the Virginia State Claims Association. Roy graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
