Adam G. Biuckians

Adam G. Biuckians, M.D. was appointed the Medical Director of Community Services Group in November 2013. He has been providing outpatient psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for children and teenagers ages 3-17 at CSG's Lancaster outpatient practice since January 2011. He also provides psychiatric services for young adults on a case by case basis. Dr. Biuckians collaborates with psychologists and therapists to develop and implement treatment plans for children and adolescents participating in CSG services. In collaboration with True North Wellness, he established a child and adolescent telepsychiatry clinic in rural Fulton county, a severely underserved area of Pennsylvania, and has been providing psychiatric care there since 2013. He has collaborated with various school districts and intermediate units throughout his career, providing psychiatric consultation and expertise to help improve students' educational experiences. Dr. Biuckians obtained his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in 2003. He completed his Adult Psychiatry Residency and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at Pennsylvania State University Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. Dr. Biuckians is ABPN Board Certified in Adult and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry and has been honored with various awards during his career, including the PA Medical Society's "Top 40 Physicians under 40" in 2016. Dr. Biuckians is an active member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and a fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. He is a founding member of the National Council for Behavioral Health's Medical Director Institute, where his input is vital to advising National Council members on best clinical practices and developing policies and initiatives that serve the broad membership of the Council. He also serves on the board of the Lancaster Osteopathic Health Foundation, whose mission is to elevate the mental well-being of youth and children in Lancaster County.

Andrea Strumpf

Andrea Strumpf, MD, is a board certified adult, child and adolescent psychiatrist. Dr. Strumpf completed her fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center, her residency in general adult psychiatry at Beth Israel Hospital and her doctorate at Rush Medical College. Dr. Strumpf has worked as a psychiatrist in private practice and for organizations like Seven Counties Services, North Carolina Department of Public Safety, North Carolina Department of Mental Health and the Department of Mental Health State of Illinois.

Angela Keller

Angela Keller, MSW, LCSW, received her Master's degree in social work from Millersville University. Angela is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has worked in the mental health field since 2003 providing case management and outpatient therapy services. Angela has been with Community Services Group since 2018. She enjoys working with youth, adult, and senior populations with a focus on trauma. Utilizing a mix of person centered therapeutic approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and solutions-focused interventions, Angela strives to make connections with her clients in order to foster learning and growth in a safe environment. She has participated in post-graduate specialized training in trauma-informed care and trauma-focused therapies, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). When working with children, Angela has experience in both child-centered and directive play therapy. Most recently, Angela is finishing up her training to become a certified PCIT therapist.

Barbara Terrill-Kettering

Barbara Terrill-Kettering is the Chief Clinical Officer/Vice President of Clinical Development at CSG since December 2015. She began her employment at CSG in December 1994 as a Director for Community Residential Rehabilitation programs and then as Senior Director for Outpatient programs. She continues to provide clinical supervision for psychological evaluations, provides oversight for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Critical Incident Stress Management services and Same Day Access programs at CSG. Barbara is a Licensed Psychologist with a Doctor of Psychology degree earned at Immaculata University. She has a Master of Education from Millersville University and Bachelor of Science from The Pennsylvania State University.

Brian Condron

Brian Condron is a retired community psychiatrist and addiction medicine specialist. He served as the Medical Director of Community Services Group prior to his retirement. He provides a unique perspective related to his many years as a community psychiatrist.

Bruce Cohen - VP

Bruce Cohen is Vice President, Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer at CSG. He assumed this role in August 2017. Bruce began employment with CSG in 2002 and was CSG's Vice President, Quality Management and Learning and Compliance Officer until July 2016. Bruce provides leadership for strategic planning, development of CSG's playbook, attainment of strategic goals and objectives, quality management, compliance and communication. In addition to working at CSG, Bruce's professional experience includes employment as Senior Product Manager at Geneia LLC; Senior Analyst at PMSCO Healthcare Consulting; and Director of Outcomes/Research at Continental Medical Systems. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Health Administration from Penn State University. Bruce is a board member at Jewish Family Services of Greater Harrisburg.

Charles Curie

Charles Curie is the founder and principal of The Curie Group, LLC, a management and consulting firm that works with national and international leaders in public and private healthcare, particularly mental health services and substance use treatment and prevention arenas. Charles is the Former Deputy Director of the PA Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and Administrator of the federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.

Dana Henning

Dr. Douglas Reed

Dr. Douglas Reed, MD, has been working at Community Services Group as an Adult Psychiatrist since 2004. He graduated from Amherst College and went on to earn his MD from Temple University in 1990. He completed his psychiatric residency training at Tripler Army Hospital in Hawaii in 1994. He served 4 years as an Army Psychiatrist at Fort Riley, Kansas. Prior to working at Community Services Group, he worked in the psychiatry department at Geisinger Medical Center from 1998 to 2004.

Dr. Eduardo Rueda-Vasquez

Dr. Eduardo Rueda-Vasquez, MD, of the CSG Outpatient Telepsychiatry Services, treats school-aged children and adults. Dr. Rueda-Vasquez has provided psychiatric evaluations and medication monitoring through the latest technology of secure video conferencing since October 2013. Prior to joining CSG, he was a child psychiatrist with Elmira Psychiatric Center in Elmira, New York. Dr. Rueda-Vasquez served as a staff psychiatrist in the United States Army during Operation Desert Shield/ Desert Storm. He received numerous awards, badges, ribbons and citations for his service and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel from the US Army. Dr. Rueda-Vasquez completed his medical education at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, a psychiatry residency through the University of Miami at Jackson Memorial Hospital, and a child psychiatry fellowship with the University of Miami Affiliated Hospitals and Institutions. Dr. Rueda-Vasquez is an Assistant Clinical Professor of the Department of Psychiatry of the West (Williamsport) Clinical Faculty of the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine, a Board Certified physician through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and a recipient of the PAMED Everyday Hero Award of the Pennsylvania Medical Society.

Frank Green

Frank Green, MA, is the Program Coordinator for outpatient services at Community Services Group's Mill Hall location. He also provides counseling services and is the Outpatient Quality Improvement Specialist for CSG's Lycoming, Clinton and Northumberland locations. Frank began working as an Outpatient Therapist with CSG in 2011. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, from Lock Haven University, in 2006. He then obtained his Master of Arts degree in Counseling, from Biblical Theological Seminary, in 2009. Frank provides outpatient therapy to children and families, as well as adults. He has specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, for treating individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder. He also provides faith based counseling, and utilizes this upon request or based on the individual's preference. Frank is also a member of the Employee Assistance Program through CSG, and provides supportive services to CSG employees.

Jan Hartle

Jan Hartle is the Vice President of Processes and Employee Process at CSG. She began her employment at CSG in July 1978 and served in various program and administrative roles during her career at CSG, including past positions of Director of Information Management and Administrative Manager. Presently, she provides oversight and leadership to CSG's employee related processes and actively promotes the use of Rapid and Continuous Process Improvement for business operations. Jan is a graduate from South Hills School of Business and Technology.

Jennifer Miller

Jennifer Miller, MSN, CRNP, has been providing psychiatric evaluations and medication monitoring for adults at MAPS Behavioral Health since 2010. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing degree at Drexel University in order to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has ten years professional experience as a psychiatric nurse working on an inpatient psychiatric unit and also five years experience as a nurse manager for an inpatient psychiatric unit.

Jessica Landman

Jessica Landman, MSW, LSW, Jessica joined CSG in August 2020, providing school based outpatient therapy services for children and adolescents in the Pequea Valley School District. Jessica earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Millersville University and a Master's degree in Social Work from Widener University. Jessica has over 9 years of professional experience working with children in the child welfare system, and has received specialized training in trauma-informed care.

Joel Roberts

Joel Roberts, MA, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. He has been providing individual and family therapy for people ages 14 and older at Community Services Group since 2007. Joel obtained his Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Evangelical Theological Seminary. He is a Clinical Fellow of The American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. Joel's previous professional experience includes providing intensive case management for adults with mental health symptoms at Community Services Group. Joel engenders an integrative, person-centered approach in the therapeutic process, as well cognitive and solutions-oriented interventions. He strives for a co-construction of meaning, purpose, and engagement with the clients he serves. Joel has completed training with The Gottman Institute. As a member of the core facilitator team for the LIFE Leadership Program, he enjoys contributing to the growth and development of employees at CSG.

Julie Weaver

Julie Weaver is the Vice President of Mental Health Services at CSG since 2011. Julie started with CSG in 1981 as the Occupational Therapist for the partial hospitalization program in Lancaster. She assisted in the design, implementation, and growth of clubhouse services at CSG. She has the responsibility for the overall administration and quality of adult residential programs, rehabilitation services, and vocational/educational services. She also is responsible for marketing and promoting the use of Mental Health First Aid. Mental Health First Aid is an 8-hour course that gives people the skills to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. Julie is a registered and licensed Occupational Therapist having received her Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Elizabethtown College. She is a member of the American Association of Occupational Therapists, Past President of Pennsylvania Community Providers Association (now known as Rehabilitation and Community Providers Association (RCPA)) and Honorary Board member of RCPA, and currently is on the board of Mental Health America in Lancaster.

Junaid Akhtar Hussain

Junaid Akhtar Hussain, M.D, has been providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children and adolescents at Community Services Group since August, 2009. Dr. Hussain obtained his MBBS degree at Dow Medical College. He then completed his General Psychiatry Training at the Austin Medical Education Program in Austin, Texas. In addition, Dr. Hussain completed his Child Psychiatry Fellowship at Case Western Reserve/ University Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Hussain is Board Certified Adult and Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist. Dr. Hussain currently provides psychiatric services for child & adolescent clients at the Dauphin Outpatient Services location in Harrisburg and provides Tele-psychiatry at MAPS Behavioral Health in Lancaster. He also provides psychiatric services at CSG's child and adolescent community residential rehabilitation (CRR) program in Harrisburg.

Mark Fisher

Mindy Beamesderfer

Mindy Beamesderfer is the Chief Information Officer/Vice President of Information and Technology at CSG. Mindy began her employment with CSG in July 2003 as Director for Foster Care and CRR Host Home services. In 2008, she became the Senior Director for Children's Services and in December 2015 she moved into a newly created executive leadership role of CIO/VP. Mindy received a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Millersville University and has a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degrees. She is a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and a Certified CANS and CAFAS trainer. She is currently working on becoming a Project Management Professional and a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems. She is a member of the HealthCare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS).

Peg Van Schaick

Peg Van Schaick is the Vice President of Intellectual and Developmental Disability Services at CSG. Peg began her employment at CSG in March 1986 as Program Director of the residential and day services in the Lehigh Valley. She now has responsibility for overall administration of multiple services and programs for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout CSG, providing leadership in areas such as best practices in service delivery, program development, and quality assurance and quality improvement activities. Peg has an undergraduate degree in Sociology and Social Work from Hood College and earned a graduate degree, Master of Social Service (MSS) with a concentration in Social Service Management, from Bryn Mawr College. Her previous experiences include being a Social Worker at Allentown State Hospital, and with Montgomery County Office of Mental Health. Peg is part of the Member Academy of Certified Social Workers (ACSW) and member National Association of Social Workers (NASW). She is a past president of the Rehabilitation and Community Providers Association (RCPA) and serves the organization as an Honorary Board member and on a variety of committees. She also participates in activities of the American Network of Community Options and Resources (ANCOR.)

Rejean Carlson - CFO

Rejean Carlson is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at CSG since August 2012. Previously, he served as the Business Manager for CSG from 2003 to 2008 at our Lancaster location. He holds a Bachelor of Art in Economics from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Penn State University - Harrisburg. Rejean's past experiences include serving as President of Open Minds in Gettysburg, PA from 2008 to 2013. He was also an Associate Instructor for Eastern University, St. Davids, PA from 2006-2009.

Susan Blue is the CEO, President and owner of Community Services Group (CSG). Susan began her employment with CSG in 1976 as a Program Director for an ambulatory behavioral health program. In 1986 she acquired the company and became the President and CEO of Community Services Group. Susan is a graduate of Juniata College with a Bachelor of Arts degree and Rutgers University having earned a Master Degree in Social Work. Susan is the past Chairperson of The National Council of Behavioral Healthcare, a national association of 2800 behavioral health organizations. She is a past president of the Rehabilitation and Community Providers Association (RCPA) and serves the organization on a variety of committees, including the Worker's Compensation Trust, Legislative Affairs and special projects. Susan currently serves as a board member on the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce & Industry, the Lancaster County Coalition to End Homelessness, and is the Chair of the Rehabilitation and Community Providers Service Organization (RCPSO), a corporation exploring managed care for IDD and brain injury. She also serves as Chairperson of the Board of Acadia, a local agency serving people with Traumatic Brain Injury and for Advanced Metrics, a company that provides innovative software to bring data and care together for improved outcomes.

Terry W. Blue, Ph.D. is a professor of Education Emeritus of Elizabethtown College. He also has worked in education at Penn State University, Franklin and Marshall College, and Penn State Harrisburg. His interest is helping others through teacher education blends well with the many supportive services offered through CSG.
