Holly J. Horn - COO, VP

Holly J. Horn is the Sr. Vice President and COO of CSI Group in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, one of the oldest and largest Asset Investigation and Recovery Agencies in the Central Plains area. Holly has been with CSI Group for over 21 years and has held every position within the company gaining an enormous amount of "hands on experience". She is the executive secretary of the Oklahoma Collectors Association and also serves as their membership chairperson. Holly is active in all phases and divisions of CSI Group and works directly with clients on a daily basis. Having attended numerous ACAI classes she has been recognized by ACA International as a SME (subject matter expert) on laws regarding FCRA-FACTA and E-Oscar.

Jayme Stone

Jayme Stone is a recognized Asset Recovery Management Professional and has developed and implemented numerous programs aimed at increasing recovery and earnings. She has a diverse work history which includes real estate where she served as a Board of Director for the Apartment Association of Central Oklahoma from 2003 through 2005, and received the 2002 Property Manager of the Year award. She also holds valuable experience in the medical and legal transcription field, and in the insurance benefits industry. Her well-rounded experience and knowledge enables her to serve a wide range of clients in a professional manner, while fully understanding their individual needs.

Ron L. Brown - CEO, President

Ron L. Brown is the President and CEO of CSI Group in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, one of the oldest and largest Asset Investigation and Recovery Agencies in the Central Plains area. Ron, a state licensed Private Investigator and member of the National Association of Fraud Investigators, has over 35 years experience in the field of locating and recovering lost and missing people and assets and has assisted many law enforcement agencies including the U.S. Marshall's Service, U.S. Customs, Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Texas Rangers. The subject of numerous published articles related to his unique methods of locating people and assets he is internationally recognized as one of the leaders in the Tracing and Recovery Industry. Receiving the prestigious "Instructor of the Year" award from ACA International in 2002, 2004 and 2009, he now spends much of his time traveling as an instructor for ACA International, the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training and co-presenting the critically acclaimed "MANHUNT" and "CYBERTRACKER" Seminars. Ron is recognized as one of the key instructors of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Graham-Leach-Bliley Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act and has written many published articles on these ever-changing federal laws. He has also written opinions and given testimony regarding areas of "Breach of Peace" related to the recovery industry.

Shannon Brown

Shannon Brown is a second generation Asset Recovery Management Specialist and has been raised in the ARM Industry. Having completed numerous collection related courses she was employed by two major credit unions in the Oklahoma City area and was recognized by NCUA for her collection expertise. She was recruited by CSI to work in the Client Relations Division and has excelled in building lasting relationships with numerous clients from all fields of asset recovery management. Her relationship with medical and retail clients has been solidified by her willingness to successfully work with any type of client to obtain maximum recovery and her extensive collection knowledge and hands on experience.
