Bill has nearly four decades of experience in the manufacturing industry. He started his career in product design and was part of the first company in North America to purchase a DATRON machine. He was so passionate about the technology, he started DATRON Dynamics in 1996 to introduce it to other North American industries. Bill has led the team on the foundation of enriching the lives of their customers, employees & community around them.

Chris brings 20 years of experience with a strong technical background providing solutions for some of the world's most innovative manufacturing Companies. Chris oversees the organization's business development activities, working closely with our customers and the entire DATRON team. Chris is always cultivating commercial relationships and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. His warm, consultative approach has made him a go-to contact for customers who know that he provides honest, direct answers to their questions while keeping their business needs at the forefront.

JD was determined to join the DATRON Dynamics team and after a few years of relentless pursuit, joined the "BLUE Team" in 2019.
JD has been in the CNC industry since he was 14 years old. Working at his family's shop in Indiana, he started out deburring and washing parts, worked his way up to the CNC departments, then took over the CNC mills after finishing college.
He met his first DATRON while working for a company that put him in charge of acquiring a new CNC machine. After researching the options, he was impressed with DATRON technology and recommended they purchase an M8. He handled the programming and daily operation of that M8 for over 5 years and now has a unique understanding of machine ownership from purchase to operation and maintenance.
JD loves that he gets to "work" by helping customers through challenging times. One RF company was struggling to produce flat tight tolerance aluminum parts, running each of their parts at a 3.5-hour cycle time and getting subpar quality. After working with JD and our Applications Team, they were able to reduce their cycle time to just 5 minutes and 30 seconds and improved their part quality.
Jenny came to DATRON Dynamics in 2020, bringing experience gained across a variety of industries including retail, healthcare, construction, and property management.
Her career in HR is inspired by the ideal that because so many people spend as much time working as they do with their family, it is vitally important for a work environment to have a positive impact on an employee's life.
Jenny is passionate about helping DATRON Dynamics grow a constructive work culture that benefits the people as much as the company. She believes employment is a two way street, with both the company and the employee investing valuable time and she works hard to ensure that every employee feels trusted, empowered, and supported.
When asked what she likes best about working at DATRON Dynamics she says "Working with people who sincerely care about each other and their jobs! There is nothing like the feeling of energy that flows through an organization where the people really love what they are doing. You can tell it's not just a job for them."
Jenny enjoys living a healthy lifestyle. When not working, she likes going to the beach (she is learning to surf!), hiking, and spending time with family.
Kevin joined the DATRON Dynamics team in 2014, bringing more than a decade of sales experience with him.
If you ask Kevin what he likes best about working at DATRON Dynamics, he'll tell you "I love helping people change the way they look at manufacturing! In this role, I get to help customers with a diverse group of projects and applications, so there is always something new to learn. "
After spending more than ten years as a CNC machinist and programmer, Kevin Mulhern joined DATRON Dynamics in 2015.
Kevin started with our Service and Applications team and in 2019 decided to bring all that hands-on experience into a new role as a Regional Sales Manager. In 2024 Kevin took on the new role of Sales Enablement Manager which sees him managing the team of RSM's as well as training and development, lead generation and analytics and reporting for the organization.
Kevin is a problem-solver by nature, and enjoys working with prospects and customers to find the solutions to their CNC challenges. When asked what he likes most about his role at DATRON Dynamics, Kevin says "I love it when a client approaches with a "crazy" idea or dream and we are able to help them make it a reality!"
Kevin is a dad of six, which keeps him plenty busy outside work. He enjoys camping with his family and friends and taking in the seasonal sports his kids play.

Stacey brings two decades of senior-level management experience across all areas of company operations. Since joining DATRON Dynamics, she's been a driving force, drawing on her wealth of expertise to lead her team with precision and dedication, consistently delivering positive results.
Her true passion lies in understanding and meeting customer needs. Stacey excels in listening to their concerns, working tirelessly with her team to exceed expectations and build lasting relationships.

"Seeing our employees grow and succeed, and knowing our customers are truly satisfied, is what makes it all worthwhile. It's a testament to the quality of talent we attract and nurture within our organization."
Outside of work, Stacey treasures spending quality time with her family and staying active in her community. Whether it's hitting the gym for fitness classes or volunteering her time and skills, she's always eager to make a positive impact.
And when it's time to unwind, Stacey loves exploring new restaurants and jetting off to sunny destinations for a well-deserved break.
