Jayne is a Legal Executive and has been working at Davenports since 2012. She previously worked for McIntosh Napier for 7 years. Jayne's main work is for the property team but also covers Wills and Estates.
Judy Burden qualified as a Legal Executive in 2000 and has been working as a legal executive for over 16 years. She is a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives. Judy has returned to Auckland from Northland and works in the property team.

Karen is a Member of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives and has been a part of Davenports West Asset Planning team for more than 25 years. She has extensive experience in asset and estate planning including documentation for family trusts, estate administration, wills and enduring powers of attorney.

Lucas graduated with an LLB from AUT University in 2015 and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court in 2016. His areas of work as a General Practitioner include a wide range of Property, Business, Company and general matters. Lucas has lived in the West all his life and completed his secondary education on the North Shore.

Michelle qualified as a Legal Executive in 1997 and re-joined as a member of the Davenports West team in March 2020 having had a long prior connection with us. Michelle is an Associate Member of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives and works part time hours on Wednesday to Friday each week. Her work involves estate administration matters, property and also some trust administration work.

Nicky completed her LLB at Otago University in 1994. She is an experienced General Practitioner focusing on Company and Business law, Asset Planning, Elder Law and Relationship Property matters.

Ragni completed her LLB and LLM from the University of Waikato in 2002 and 2003 respectively and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court in May 2004. She is an experienced General Practitioner specialising in Residential/Investment Property Law and Conveyancing, Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney, Elder Law, Retirement Village and General Matters. Being of Fiji Indian descent, Ragni is fluent in Hindi and Fiji Hindi and can provide advice in these languages if needed.

Ros Rassie is a Senior Associate with over 38 years' experience primarily in property law, wills, estates and elder law. Ros completed her LLB (Hons) at Auckland University and has lived in West Auckland all her life.
