Craig Richards founded David Brooke Associates in August 1979. Under his leadership the company has earned an envious reputation as an extremely prestigious, highly effective leader in an intensely competitive field. While Mr. Richards has been enormously successful in placing key executives in the financial services sector, he has distinguished himself as the leading search executive for the insurance industry. During the last decade alone, Mr. Richards has placed a remarkable 100 presidents and over 1500 senior-level managers in insurance companies, subsidiaries and divisions. Among Mr. Richards' particular skills, which is somewhat unique to his area, is building, sometimes frequently from scratch, entire divisions from president down to middle managers, involving groups ranging from 10 to as many as 35 professionals. Mr. Richards has accomplished this on numerous occasions, with a number of different clients.

Steve Brett helped found David Brooke Associates after joining the firm in 1980. He specializes in insurance and financial services placements. In that capacity, he has placed well over 1000 senior management personnel from Presidents to middle level executives, including division presidents, executive vice presidents and regional vice presidents throughout the U.S. Of the numerous placements he has made since 1980, many have been promoted to insurance company presidents and chairmen. He has also developed several claims and underwriting departments in major property and casualty companies, reinsurance companies and insurance brokerage firms. Prior to joining David Brooke Associates, Mr. Brett worked as a Vocational Counselor for Federation Employment & Guidance Services which is the largest vocational rehabilitation company in the country. Mr. Brett holds a Master of Science in Counseling from Southern Connecticut State College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Bridgeport
