Local shareholders hold 50% of the shares while the remaining 50% of the shares is held by LC Packaging International BV in the Netherlands. The Bangladeshi shareholders include four local investors and Sinobangla Industries Ltd. - another long-standing production partner of LC Packaging in Bangladesh.
