Jeff Theilacker - President

Jeff began with Diversified Business Solutions in 1994. Jeff's philosophy is quite simple, "Our company is alive today because of our customers, ask any of them and they will say that we work with them to get the best for both of us out of our business relationship." Jeff has a BA in Communication from San Diego State University and his CDIA (Certified Document Imaging Architect) Certification. Jeff has over 15 years of experience in the industry and has held many roles at DBS. Jeff took over as President of DBS in April of 2005; he has had change on his mind ever since. "We have to become the best company we can be by focusing on our customers and what we can do for them to make their businesses run more smoothly." Jeff has headed many new projects for DBS that have improved the service that DBS provides to its customers. Jeff is a hands-on President and always welcomes calls from DBS customers.

Joe Prazak

Joe Prazak has been in the Office Equipment Industry since 1993 and has evolved with the technology. Joe has an associate's degree in Computer Science, is MCSA trained, N+ Certified, and is factory certified on Toshiba, Fiery, HP, Laserfiche, and Hershey Xendocs. Joe has always prided himself on his helpful attitude and nature; this is conveyed throughout his team and on to the client. Joe knows that technology can be intimidating and it's his job to make it work for the client. Joe started as a field technician here at Diversified Business Solutions in 1993 and has grown with the technology. As the hardware and software became more integrated Joe has been able to master the technology and enjoys working on that cutting edge.

Rachel Theilacker

Rachel has been with Diversified Business Solutions since 1993. She started her career as a Sales Representative and built her client base up to help make Diversified what it is today. Throughout her career she has prided herself on making sure her customers know that she is there to help them. Her knowledge of the industry and products is second to none. She also understands that every client is different and has a specific set of needs and challenges. Rachel works closely with all her clients to add value to their businesses. Rachel has lived in San Diego almost all her life, so she understands that San Diego is a very special place to live and work. "We are a big city with a small city feeling."
