Adam Borcz - CEO, Chairman

Mr. Borcz is currently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Delta Installation Group. He acquired the business in 2019 from the long-time owners. Mr. Borcz spent his years post undergrad, serving as a Nuclear Submarine Officer in the U.S. Navy, then working for a multi billion dollar publicly traded uranium company focused on enrichment and remediation services. He then transitioned into a lower middle market private equity group focused on acquiring underperforming businesses. Initially, Mr. Borcz began as an Associate evaluating acquisition targets and supporting portfolio company operations. He then progressed into several executive operating roles, working with a variety of businesses with revenues up to $100 million and EBITDA up to $30 million. Both transactionally and operationally, Mr. Borcz has a strong background in defense, manufacturing, retail businesses, energy, and broader government contracting. Additionally, he has been involved in nearly 30 engagements leading to 10 investments, including 8 acquisitions of operating businesses. Mr. Borcz earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Naval Academy, where he was also Division 1 lacrosse player. He also earned an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and a Master of Science in Engineering from the Catholic University of America. He is active with the U.S. Naval Academy serving as a Board of Trustee with their Athletic and Scholarship Program (A&SP), is co-founder of the Navy Lacrosse Brotherhood, and also serves as a Panel Member for Maryland's 2nd Congressional District Service Academy Nomination Panel. He previously served as an Adjunct Professor of Accounting at the U.S. Naval Academy. Mr. Borcz resides in Annapolis with his wife, daughter, son and dog.

Ben McNeair - President

Ben McNeair is President of Delta Installation Group with over 35 years in the commercial office furniture industry. His primary role is oversight of the company's operations, including scheduling, dispatch, warehouse and installation operations, with an emphasis on business development and sales. Additionally he is a Project Manager for certain major projects. Mr. McNeair was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Shortly after high school he enlisted in the United States Air Force as a telecommunication and cryptographic installation and maintenance technician. He served 11 years in the Air Force with assignments to Howard AFB, Panama, Kelly AFB, Texas, Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea and the National Security Agency (NSA) on Fort Meade, Maryland in addition to numerous temporary duty assignments throughout the world. He began working part time for Delta Installation Group during his assignment at NSA where he was hired as an entry level installer. In 1990, Mr. McNeair received an honorable discharge from the Air Force and began working full time for Delta. He rose through the ranks to become the company's Chief Foreman, Scheduler/Dispatcher, Project Manager, Operations Manager, Director of Operations and ultimately President through hard work, dedication and a passion for the company and its employees. He enjoys time away from the office with his wife of 25 years and when work schedules permit; spending time with his two daughters. In his spare time he enjoys football, comedy, travel, and a great glass of wine especially with trips to local, national and international wineries.
