Ivon Anaya

At de Moya & Associates, Ivon Anaya, Esq., practices in the areas of Bankruptcy, Family, Immigration , and Criminal Law. "I received a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Universidad de San Buenaventura in Cartagena, Colombia and was admitted to the Colombian bar in 2002. In 2005, I received a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Universidad del Turabo, Puerto Rico, and in 2013, a Master's Degree in Law (LL.M) from Pace University School of Law in White Plains, New York. I am admitted to practice law in the New York State Courts as well as the United States District Courts in both the Southern and Eastern Districts. As an attorney in Colombia, I audited government offices to review legal compliance with policies and procedures designated to prevent illegal or unethical conduct within government divisions. As a student at Pace, I volunteered in the predatory lending and mortgage foreclosure defense program. I also interned at the HUD-Certified Agency (HDSW) Human Development Services of Westchester gaining extensive experience in Real Estate and Foreclosure Defense. As an associate at the law firm of de Moya & Associates, P.C., I am committed to zealously assist my clients navigate the complex areas of law.
