The Discrimination and Harassment Counsel (DHC) Program is available free of charge to confidentially assist anyone who may have experienced or witnessed discrimination or harassment by a lawyer, paralegal or licensee candidate, based on the grounds prohibited by the Ontario Human Rights Code which are also prohibited by the Rules of Professional Conduct and the Paralegal Rules of Conduct that govern lawyers and paralegals in Ontario.
