Johann Dempers is a Past President of B.I.F.S.A. (Building Industries Federation of South Africa) and served for more than 30 years on the executive committee of the local Boland Master Builders Association. He is an honorary member of this association.
Philip Dempers served for more than 30 years on many of the training and education committees in the industry as a Technical Advisor. He also served as an executive member of the Apprenticeship National Body of Executives.
