Erin is an artist at heart and leaves her creative impression upon all aspects of her administrative role here at The Design Edge, where she has been tracking time on jobs and keeping files and the office in order for more than 20 years. She is our Design Edge ‘mother'.
When she's not fulfilling her roles as The Design Edge administrative assistant, Erin is a preschool teacher for 3- and 4-year olds at Carol Nursery School, where she is passionate about encouraging toddlers to discover and explore their world through art, and to see the beauty in the textures, shapes and colors around them. She is known for her patience, creativity and loving manner with children and adults alike. Erin earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Ohio University and her Master of Early Childhood Education from Capella University.

Jim is a graphic designer, illustrator, Photoshop wiz, fine artist and musician. Jim prides himself on doing his best to bring creativity to those around him.
Jim has been an artist since he was old enough to hold a crayon. Following his discovery of pencils, pens, paint and eventually the computer, he has turned his love of art into a fun and successful career.
John has been actively involved in the business management of the company. He manages the invoicing, vendor payment, payroll, quarterly and end of year financial reports. He also consults with our attorney for contracts and other legal issues.
However, for the last 46 years, has been as a practicing Physician Assistant. He received his PA degree from the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Washington DC, and also holds a Masters Degree in Emergency Medicine from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha. He is currently semi-retired, practicing three days a week in Psychiatry at Beacon Health, a community mental health center in Mentor, Ohio.

Vic has a wide range of skills and several years of experience creating all types of graphic art and advertising. Vic has extensive experience across a variety of visual arts, including website and WordPress® development, email marketing, site management, art direction, photography, photo illustration, photo retouching, photo editing and color correction, graphic design and production for print and web.
