Cathy Hyde is an all lines Licensed Insurance Producer at Gutman Insurance in Manitowoc, WI.
Cathy is a Manitowoc native and after graduating from Lincoln High School spent over a decade in the Air Force. She then attended the Nebraska College of Business earning a degree as a Paralegal. She moved back to Wisconsin in 2002 and started in the insurance industry a couple years later.
Cathy's years in the business enables her to ensure you understand your coverage. She enjoys getting to know her clients and strives to learn what clients' individual needs are so she can tailor the appropriate coverage.
Outside of work, Cathy enjoys cooking for and spending time with her growing family. On the weekends you will find her camping or out on her boat fishing.

Heidi Kluczinske is a Licensed Agent at Gutman Insurance in our Manitowoc location.
Heidi grew up in Manitowoc and graduated from Lincoln High School and later went to Lakeshore Technical College to earn her Associate degree in Marketing and then attended Silver Lake College for a bachelor's degree in Business Management.
Heidi started her insurance career as an agent at Bankers Life & Casualty. She joined Gutman Agency in 2002 as an agent and has since taken on the role of office manager as well. Heidi helps people of all ages with health insurance and is contracted with multiple top rated health insurance companies.
Outside of work, Heidi is a dedicated mother to her two daughters. They currently reside in Manitowoc. She enjoys spending time with family and outdoor activities such as kayaking and gardening.

Chris grew up in St. Nazianz, Wisconsin, and attended the Valders School District until departing for the US Army 12 days after graduating High School. He spent 4 years in the regular Army training and working as a Russian Language Interrogator before returning to Wisconsin in 1990.
Chris earned his BA in International Relations/Slavic Studies and International Business at UW Madison while serving in the US Army Reserves. Upon graduation, Chris worked for the WI Department of Agriculture, International Agri-Business Center helping Wisconsin Agri-Businesses export products around the world. From 1998 to 2019 Chris worked at Red Arrow International and for his last 11 years there he was the Managing Director in charge of business development and management of 17 people based here in Wisconsin and in 5 countries across the globe.
After traveling well over 3 million miles to more than 45 countries, Chris decided that for both his family and himself, his father's offer to join the family business at Dennis Gutman Agency was a perfect fit for the next chapter of his life. He officially resigned from Red Arrow and three months later, after completing a reorganization of the international division, left Red Arrow for the insurance world.

On January 1, 2022, Chris purchased the Dennis Gutman Insurance Agency from his father Dennis, and is excited to continue growing the family business in this wonderful community.
Chris married his current Co-worker Krista in 1991 and has two awesome children, Sydney and Joshua who are both active in business and their communities. Chris belongs to numerous organizations in the community and enjoys hiking, hunting, fishing, and sports.
