With many years in the hospitality industry, Joshua understands the needs and challenges of restaurants. His knowledge of wine gives our customers the feedback they need to grow their sales.

As a resident of Grayton Beach, Michael is in the heart of Scenic 30A in the Panhandle. As a retail account manager for a large distributor in Alabama, Michael has a high level of experience in retail sales and customer service.

- Logistics Manager - North Florida
Mike oversees logistics and deliveries for Northern Florida where all of our out-of-state products arrive for processing. It's a busy weekly route from Panama City to Appalachicola, to Tallahesse, Pensacola and all points in between.
Mike oversees our North Florida Warehouse in Panama City Beach. Since this is our primary warehouse all products arrive here first making it a busy hub. If you see one of our trucks in the Panhandle it's usually Mike behind the wheel!

If you want it done right, ask Mike! Mike manages south Florida logistics from incoming to outgoing products. From Tampa to Jupiter Island our delivery footprint is large in his division. Sometimes, you'll find Mike jamming on his guitar in our warehouse after a long day.

Quinn was born and raised in the FL panhandle and spent time in restaurant management before joining the family business in 2020. He understands the needs of our on premise partners when it comes to pricing and wine list choices. He's the backbone of our craft beer and spirits portfolio and oversees the management of our primary warehouse location in Panama City Beach.

Joining DiBacco in mid-2022 from the retail wines business, Ryan has been steadily adding new accounts in the fast-growing areas of Fort Myers and Naples. His style is laidback and he's focused on customer satisfaction.
Regulations and reports make managing a distributorship and import company a real challenge. Teresa does it all! Teresa works every day to improve the processes for fulfilling orders so our customers always get what they ordered!
From owning and operating radio stations to growing an online travel company, Tom has always loved building businesses and enjoying fine wines. Now he's experiencing both.
