Adrianne Galvin joined Dickinson Group ( then Dickinson Webber) in 2001 and remained on at Dickinson Group as a senior associate. Ms. Galvin was holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics. Today Adrianne supervises the research team of Dickinson's Actuarial Group.

Alexandria Koufos joined Dickinson in 2019 as an Benefits Administration Specialist. Her duties include working directly with employers in the areas of contribution accounting, eligibility processing. Alexandria also works with members and employers enrollments, processing I.D cards and vision coverage vouchers.
Christine Aliotta has been employed at Dickinson Group since 2008. In her capacity as Financial Controller she coordinates with the Administrative and Actuarial Division to oversee all areas of Fund Accounting, cash management, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting. She has developed and maintains internal control procedures for the Administrative division and oversees all Fund audits. In addition, she is acting Controller of Dickinson Group, LLC performing all financial and accounting activities for the Company. Prior to her time at Dickinson Group, she held Senior Accounting Manager positions at large corporate Accounting and Law firms. Ms. Aliotta holds a BBA in Accounting and is a licensed Notary Public.
Dawn Garry Claims Examiner Dawn has been with the Dickinson Group since 2010 as a Senior Claims analyst with over 25 years of experience. Dawn prides herself on paying strict attention to detail lending itself to her integrity and reliability.
As a member of the Dickinson Group for over 15 years. She had the opportunity to advance her career from Claims Examiner to Assistant Claims Manager. Recently she was designated Claims Manager and now has overall responsibility to lead the department. In addition, she is responsible for new plan implementation, claim auditing and appeal preparation.
Debra Migliano Claims Examiner Debra has been with Dickinson group since 2018 and has over 16 years' experience in medical Billing prior to joining Dickinson. This experience provides great insight to provider billing practices and is applied to the appropriateness of payments to them. Debra is responsible for updating claims files and creating reports which are distributed to the appropriate staff and clients representatives. In addition to her claim examiner duties and responsibilities she assists the Dickinson's claim group manager with special projects.
Diane Vorisek Senior Claim Analyst Ms. Vorisek has been with Dickinson Group since 2004 as a claims analyst and is currently a Senior Claims analyst. Ms. Vorisek is a coach and mentor to her fellow claims analyst.

Elita Regan joined Dickinson group in 2009, as a dedicated bilingual/Spanish speaking advocate . Ms. Regan has a great amount of experience understanding the multiple business models delivered by Dickinson Group. One of her several assets focuses on translating client and member documentations for the delivery to our Spanish membership. She maximizes her efforts through sensitivity and exceptional communication. Elita provides superb assistance to all members, providers, clients, ppo networks, and coworkers.

Fran Truglio has been with Dickinson Group since 2006 as a remarkable Senior Team Leader of Customer Service. Ms. Truglio is an experienced and trusted adviser to her colleagues. Her value to the organization's success is paramount as an oriented leader. Ms. Truglio is responsibilities for complex member, provider, and client services inquiries related to eligibility, benefit plan design, predetermination of services, backend claims inquiries, claim denial explanations and claims adjustments. Ms. Truglio works closely with both Claims and Fund Administration Services.
Mr. Jenkins offers a wealth of call center and managed health care experience of more than (22) years. In his 13 years of employment at a large national Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), Mr. Jenkins held various positions, including Supervisor of Claims, Manager of PPO Customer Service, Manager of PPO Provider Service and Director of Operational Support.
In his capacity as Manager of Customer Service, he allocates professional services and communications to clients, members and providers. He is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Long Island University-Brookville where he received his Accelerated B.A. in Sociology/Gerontology/M.P.A in Health Administration. Mr. Jenkins demonstrates an exceptional concern for member and client needs, and a dedication towards resolving issues. Most importantly, he assures the service team maintains the highest level of professionalism, quality service, promptness, clients' guidelines, members' privacy, and healthcare policies and procedures; which are the requirements and expectations of those we are honored to service each day.
Jaclyn Glorioso Claims Examiner Jaclyn has been a claims examiner for Dickinson Group for several years. She has over 15 years of experience as a healthcare professional and holds an AAPC Certified Professional Code certificate. Her previous roles include, practice manager specializing in provider-based billing practices providing valuable insight into provider billing practices. As a claim's examiner for Dickinson Group, provides a competitive edge to identify claims processing irregularities, wasteful/excessive billing practices, coding trends, and areas of risk and improvement.

Kerriann Killinger has been employed at Dickinson Group since 2005, her current position held is Manager of Administrative Services. With over a decade of experience she has advanced within the company, gaining knowledge throughout each department with a desire to not only learn and perfect her chosen profession but to teach and share her knowledge with her fellow employees. She has initiated and collaborated with fellow employees in concert with our software developers to advance many of the improved resources we utilize in Administration today. In addition to her manager roles, Kerriann has trained all new hires, created detailed training tools and guides, works directly with Fund Council and Trustees to ensure all current benefit guidelines and requirements are not only adhered to but conveyed throughout all daily interactions with members. Her direct work with clients, fund employers and members has resulted in operational efficiency, multi department collaboration and unmatched service.

Kevin joined Dickinson Group in 2019 as a Fund Administrator. His knowledge, experience, and dedicated work with each department lead to another role as Dickinson Group's primary liaison to all its clients. While working towards his Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation, Kevin has had the opportunity to experience and learn invaluable skills in fund administration, claims administration, project management, and implementation. In his experience prior to joining Dickinson Group, Kevin held a position as National Account Representative for a nationwide distributor coordinating with and providing support to territory managers. It's understandable how Kevin rose to his current position as President of Dickinson Group, LLC.
Liz Sontag Claims Examiner Liz has been with the Dickinson Group as a claim examiner since 2005. She performs a variety of specialized roles and responsibilities and assist in many other areas as he special skills are needed. Liz is dedicated to her team and is truly someone who has learned much from my other colleagues and has given back more.

Mark Yakubov joined the Dickinson Group as an Actuarial Analyst in 2010. He is a Cum Laude graduate of Queens College (CUNY) where he received his B.S. in Physics and Applied Mathematics. He also holds a M.S. degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from Stony Brook University (SUNY). Mr. Yakubov is pursuing to obtain his first actuarial designation from the Society of Actuaries (SOA) in the near future by having passed a number of exams administered by the Society. He supports the Pension and Health & Welfare divisions of the Dickinson Group's Actuarial Dept.

Michael L. Frank is a health & life actuary with more than thirty (30) years of experience, including executive management experience in managed care, insurance, reinsurance, and employee benefits consulting.
Mr. Frank is a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries, an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, and Associate, International Conference of Consulting Actuaries, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, Member of the Caribbean Actuarial Association as well as having memberships in several other leading professional organizations.
Mr. Frank has provided financial and management consulting to various organizations including insurance companies, investment bankers, reinsurers, HMOs, multiemployer health & welfare funds, managed care organizations, hospitals, risk-bearing healthcare provider groups, disease management, third-party administrators, accounting firms, actuarial consulting firms, brokerage firms, private equity funds, and other organizations servicing the insurance/reinsurance industry in the US and internationally. He has prepared rate filings, reserve opinions and health economics/provider contracting consulting for a variety of insurance companies, HMOs and reinsurers operating in the life, annuity, accident, health, and special risk.
Mr. Frank served as an adjunct professor for Columbia University's Master of Science program in Actuarial Science and serves on an advisory board for the University of Michigan actuarial program. He also served as President of the Actuarial Society of Greater New York (ASNY) and served as an instructor and co-author for the Society of Actuaries LEARN program teaching reinsurance to insurance regulators nationwide as well as internationally. Rosanne Proceller Claims Examiner Rosanne is licensed as a New York State Independent Adjuster for Accident and Health. She has over 30 years' experience in the Administration of Health and Welfare benefit plans. She is highly skilled and is technically proficient working toward assuring the medical/hospital benefit plans guidelines are accurately met. Rosanne is an accomplished diverse healthcare professional with strong analytical skills. In addition, her experience as a biller provides great insight to inappropriate and at times fraudulent provider billing practices and this experience is applied to the appropriateness of payments to them. Rosanne provides invaluable assistance to the claim's manager in the area of member and provider appeals.
Tara Morse Claims Examiner Tara has been with the Dickinson Group as a claims examiner for several years she has over 30 years prior medical claims, billing and collection experience. Tara's years of experience and attention to detail make her an invaluable claim examiner.
Teresa Alvarez Claims Examiner Teresa has been with Dickinson Group for several years and has over 35 years of experience in the Medical Billing profession prior to joining Dickinson.
