Austin Tompkins embodies everything Direct Development Training is about. From an early age, he was eager to help other people. While he could have just hung around during summer vacation, he instead helped start a summer "Animation Camp" to encourage youths to explore new ways of expressing themselves and connect with each other.
If we left his story there, you might envision Austin as a one dimensional person. Let's fast forward. His ambition has led him to live in three countries, marry a wonderful girl, and develop talents that use his unique insightfulness. Austin is an incredible impressionist photographer. His perspective of ordinary images are turned into incredible art by seeing more than just the surface. As a web / digital media designer, he brings that same insight and inspiration to his clients.

Craig Krause is the Owner and Founder of Direct Development Training.
Responsible for the training programs and growth of the company, he has aligned himself with outstanding instructors and support team from across the country to accomplish this purpose.
Having taught hundreds of live workshops and delivered Keynote Addresses in the last 3 years alone in 8 countries, Craig has enabled himself to reach thousands of people from all backgrounds and experience levels.
Dianne Young has over 20 years of experience in coaching and consulting with all levels of management. She works with her clients to help them transform their performance and presence, interpersonal relationships, and organizational results by helping them to recognize and utilize their natural and unique talents and qualities with confidence. Industries and teams in healthcare, technology, banking, advertising, higher education, manufacturing, and non-profits have used her skills and allowed Dianne to understand unique issues and to address each one.
Her experience, enthusiasm and commitment create a positive, productive environment for learning and change. Her clients include Microsoft, Mazda, AT&T, Atlanta Public Schools, John Deere, Tyson Foods, United Way and many more.
Gary Castellano's insight that developing communication skills could help him overcome his deep-seated shyness struck him at an early age. He has been earning accolades as a salesman and trainer since he began selling newspaper subscriptions at age nine. As a teen, his results were so impressive that he was asked to train other teens. In the meantime, Gary was winning state awards in public speaking.
Drawing on personal stories from his long career in sales, marketing, and training, he has instructed thousands of professionals and individuals from many backgrounds. Leading corporations, such as John Hancock, IBM, Coldwell Banker, Xerox, General Motors and Ford, have benefited from Gary's unique style and methods.
Gary's brings expertise in memory skills, personal growth programs and sales training, in combination with his wide range of experience in the field of communication.
