DOCTOR PAVANO & Associates was founded in 1987. The goal of the practice, then and now, is to provide the highest quality eye care to patients where all patients have access to us regardless of their insurance status. We accept assignment to all major insurance plans including all the state Medicaid plans. Our practice continues this tradition of dedicated service by Drs. Joseph E. Pavano III, Stephen N. Polezonis, Lauren Guzik and Robert A. Connors to support the ever-expanding field of Optometry and provide more comprehensive care to our patients... Our goal of the practice, then and now, is to provide the highest quality eye care to patients where all patients have access to us regardless of their insurance status. We accept assignment to all major insurance plans including all the Connecticut state Medicaid plans. Our Optometrists are trained to the highest level and certified to practice Advanced Optometric care.
