With 100% whole wheat and over three decades of home-style cooking experience, Victor's (Dr. Grandpa) blood glucose came within a healthy range. His doctor said he was fortunate to have his wife, Dr. Grandma, who was an advanced dietitian... In the year 2004, Joyce Bunderson (aka: Doctor Grandma), nurtured her husband, Victor, who was diagnosed with diabetes to optimal health, using 100% whole wheat and other whole grains, increased fruits and vegetables, and decreased saturated fats.
