DSI provides personal and individualized consulting services to federal, state and local governments and private non-profit businesses in disaster recovery management for federally declared disasters... Disaster Scope was initially founded to meet the needs of local governmental and private non-profit agencies in Southern California as they pursued disaster recovery from the Northridge Earthquake and subsequent disasters. Following the devastating hurricanes along the Gulf Coast in 2005, we provided technical and policy support to the federal government, both out of the Joint Field Office in Louisiana and offices in California.
