Montgomery, a former Partner of the Business and Tax Department at Best Best & Krieger LLP, where he practiced Tax Law and Business Law for almost 10 years. Dwight also served five years as an attorney with the Office of Chief Counsel, Internal Revenue Service, often "reverse-engineering" business structures and transactions to determine tax implications.
