Alexa has experience in income tax preparation for individuals, business entities, tax compliance and planning, general ledger analysis, financial statement compilations, forensic accounting and litigation support.
Alexa obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from William Paterson University. After completing her undergraduate studies, Alexa continued her education at WPU for graduate studies obtaining a Master of Business Administrative in December 2021.
Gary has experience in income tax preparation for individuals, business entities, estates and trusts, as well as IRS and State audits, business consulting, tax compliance and planning, preparation of sales tax and payroll tax returns, workmen's compensation/insurance audits, financial statement compilations, and bookkeeping.
Gary obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Seton Hall University in May 2013. After completing his undergraduate studies, Gary continued his education at Northeastern University for graduate studies, obtaining a Master of Science in Taxation in August of 2016.
Gary is ambitious and he has always worked closely with people, as he believes a strong relationship is the first step to any form of success and satisfaction in any professional business industry.

James McNulty is a Partner and the Director of Taxation and Management Consulting of The DMC Group. Mr. McNulty has been actively engaged in the practice of public accounting for over 20 years and has practiced in the areas of accounting, consulting, taxation, litigation support, forensic accounting, business valuations, lost profits, lost wages and other advisory services.
Mr. McNulty is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of New Jersey and a Certified Forensic Accountant (Cr.FA). Mr. McNulty has published on the topic of matrimonial divorce pertinent to investigative techniques and fringe benefits and retirement planning in the Journal of Forensic Accounting supplements, Forensic Accounting in Matrimonial Divorce.
Jessica has been actively engaged in the practice of public accounting for over 8 years. She has experience with income tax returns for individuals and businesses, IRS and state audits, worker's compensation/insurance audits, financial statement compilation and review, preparation of sales tax and payroll tax returns, general ledger analysis and tax planning services.
Jessica obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

JoAnn Kaiser Office/Human Resources Manager View Bio JoAnn has been a part of DMC since 1999. She started working part-time and grew with the company, taking on many responsibilities such as managing Human Resources, billing, accounts receivable, collections, and office operations. Prior to joining DMC, JoAnn worked in the Human Resources Department at Liz Claiborne. She graduated from Katharine Gibbs Business School. Joseph has experience in income tax returns for individuals and businesses, IRS and state audits, financial statement compilation and review, and tax planning services. Joe has been actively engaged in the practice of public accounting for a decade.
Joseph obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Finance from The University of Scranton

Julia has been working with DMC since 2010. She started as an administrative assistant and has worked her way up to her current role as a Bookkeeper/Project Manager. Julia has extensive experience in bookkeeping, sales tax, and payroll tax. She is responsible for assigning and overseeing all tax projects in the office. Prior to joining DMC, Julia worked at F & G Mechanical Corporation as an Executive Assistant for 15 years.
Michael is a Certified Valuation Analysis (CVA) and has experience in income tax preparation for individuals, business entities, tax compliance and planning, bookkeeping, financial statement compilations, tax notice resolution, forensic accounting and litigation support.
Michael obtained a Bachelor in Science in Accounting from Montclair State University in May 2020. After completing his undergraduate studies, Michael continued his education at MSU for graduate studies obtaining a Master of Science in Accounting with a Certificate in Forensic Accounting in May of 2021.

Nick is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of New Jersey. Nick has experience in income tax preparation for individuals, business entities, estates and trusts, tax compliance and planning, financial statement compilations, forensic accounting and litigation support. Nick has been actively engaged in the practice of public accounting for almost a decade.
Nicole has been a member of The DMC Group team since November 2022. Her primary responsibilities include providing administrative support to both office staff and clients. Moreover, she manages the firm's client portal and handles all administrative tasks efficiently.
Nicole is a graduate of Ramapo College of New Jersey, where she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Science in May 2022.

Richard Campanella is a Partner and the Director of Accounting Services, Tax Compliance, Planning & Business Advising at The DMC Group. Richard is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of New Jersey and State of New York and has a special combination of seasoned experience in the areas of accounting, business succession planning, audit, peer review, litigation support, taxing authority support, tax compliance and planning, forensic accounting, financial statement compilation/review, consultation and other advisory services. Richard has been actively engaged in the practice of public accounting for over 20 years.
Richard holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF). He has published on the topic of dividing non-material and marital assets for divorce in the Journal of Forensic Accounting supplement, Forensic Accounting in Matrimonial Divorce.

Stephen is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of New Jersey. Stephen obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from The University of Delaware.
Trevor has experience in preparation of income taxes for individuals and business entities, bookkeeping, financial statement compilations, worker's compensation and insurance audits, sales tax and payroll tax preparation, tax notice resolution and forensic accounting and litigation support. Trevor obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from East Stroudsburg University in 2022 and is currently studying for the CPA Exam.
Valeriya has experience in preparation of income taxes for individuals and business entities, bookkeeping, financial statement compilations, worker's compensation/insurance audits, sales tax preparation, forensic accounting and litigation support.
Valeriya obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ramapo College of New Jersey. After completing her undergraduate studies, Valeriya continued her education at RCNJ for graduate studies obtaining a Master of Science in Accounting in June 2023. She plans to sit for the CPA exam in Spring 2024.
