Adam Lederman, Esq. is a Partner at the law firm of Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. He is team leader and an active member of the firm's litigation group, concentrating his practice on helping the seriously injured get the compensation they deserve. Adam has represented thousands of clients involved in all types of motor vehicle, motorcycle, bus, and trucking accidents. In 2013, Adam was appointed to NJAJ's Board of Governors, where he earned the distinction of serving as the Board's youngest member. Adam is a past co-chair of NJAJ's New Lawyers Division and currently serves on the organization Executive Committee as 1 st Vice President. Adam has also served in other leadership capacities including as Program Chair of multiple deposition and trial examination colleges. In this role, Adam has helped plan and facilitate the annual Meadowlands and Boardwalk conferences and has lectured on a variety of litigation topics including discovery, trial techniques and legal investigative strategies. Adam is also an active member in both the Bergen County and State of New Jersey Bar Associations and has been published in the New Jersey Law Journal.

Albert C. Asphall is an associate attorney at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., and practices on all matters pertaining to personal injury. After graduating from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a political science degree in 2007, Albert earned his Juris Doctorate from Howard University School of Law in 2010.
Prior to joining Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., Albert C. Asphall spent eight years as Assistant Corporation Counsel for the city of Paterson. He also served as a Municipal Prosecutor for the city of Paterson and Township of Irvington.

Arielle Heo Esq., is an associate at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon P.C. Arielle has dedicated her law practice to representing the rights of those injured due to the negligence of others. Daniel J. Buchheister, Esq. is an associate at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon P.C. As a member of the firm's Workers' Compensation department, he concentrates his practice on ensuring that employees injured at work receive the benefits and compensation they deserve. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts in Law & Society at Ramapo College of New Jersey, Daniel went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School, where he had the opportunity to study abroad in Sweden and Puerto Rico.
Daniel has experience in many of the Workers' Compensation courts in Northern New Jersey and has placed "Orders Approving Settlement" on the record before several Workers' Compensation judges. While attending law school, he worked as an Administrative Hearing Officer for the City of Boston's Code Enforcement Division & Housing Authority. As a Hearing Officer, Daniel was responsible for rendering decisions in cases that involved violations with fines of up to $75,000.

David A. Drescher, Esq. is a senior associate at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon P.C. Partner Garry Salomon founded Teaneck Bar Association, a group consisting of lawyers who either live or work in Teaneck. He also serves as a Trustee of the Teaneck Chamber of Commerce and in 2006 was given an award as Teaneck's "Businessman of the Year."
Garry R. Salomon is a founding member and managing partner of Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., with over 35 years of experience as a personal injury trial attorney. He has successfully represented thousands of clients and won several multimillion-dollar settlements for his injured clients. Garry R. Salomon is truly an expert in injury law having handled claims involving motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle, pedestrian, bicycle and truck and bus accidents. Garry R. Salomon was born and raised in Bergen County, New Jersey, which is where he also met his future partners, Samuel L. Davis and Marc C. Saperstein. After graduating Bergenfield High School, Mr. Salomon attended Fairleigh Dickinson University and received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1974. In 1977, he received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Akron School of Law and began practicing law after he was admitted to the New Jersey Bar.
Outside of the office, Mr. Salomon can be found playing his Les Paul guitar, practicing martial arts, skiing, boating, and spending time with his family.

Grace E. Robol, Esq. is a Senior Associate at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon P.C., focusing her practice on all matters pertaining to personal injury. Grace earned her B.A. in Philosophy and Law from The College of New Jersey, where she interned under the Honorable Dennis M. Jeremiah W. Larkin, Esq. has spent his entire career in personal injury civil litigation. At the beginning of his career he worked for a small firm doing slip and fall defense work for supermarkets and other retail stores. He then spent over 30 years working as a Senior Trial Attorney in the house counsel office for a major insurance carrier. John M. Kate N. Celestino, Esq. is an Associate at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., focusing her practice in all areas of personal injury litigation. Kate graduated from Seton Hall University, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English Honors. She earned her Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan. She has been licensed to practice law in New Jersey since 2015.
While in law school, she served as a judicial intern for Hon. Archie C. Brown in the Washtenaw County Trial Court in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She represented clients as a student intern in various areas of civil litigation in the Cooley Immigration and Civil Advocacy Clinic.
Prior to joining Davis, Saperstein & Salomon P.C., Kate spent many years in insurance defense litigation, working for one of New Jersey's largest insurance companies. She handled each case from the onset of litigation until either settlement or jury trial. She vigorously advocated for her clients, resulting in favorable jury verdicts for all her trials as an insurance defense attorney. She offers the knowledge and insight of how an insurance company's lawyer would attempt to weaken a plaintiff's case and uses that to counsel her clients.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, young son and French Bulldog. She also enjoys baking, almost as much as she enjoys eating the finished products.

Founding partners Sam Davis, Garry R. Salomon, and Marc Saperstein have deep roots in the Garden State. Childhood friends, they met at the Bergenfield-Dumont Jewish Center. Although they went separate ways after graduating from high schools in Bergen County, they reconnected through a common interest in the law and helping people in need. In 1981, Marc Saperstein and Sam Davis established Davis & Saperstein. Garry Salomon joined as a partner six years later to form Davis, Saperstein & Salomon.
