Attemps of the Chamber of Commerce and Industries in Dubai (which had received over 300 complaints already in 2003) to instigate a solution have evidently failed as well. It remains highly doubtful however how vigorous one can judge those attempts. None of the bold promises have been delivered.The former head of the chamber of foreign trade in Dubai promised to initiate a fond of compensation for the benefit of the affected. 3 years later no one could remember such a promise.
