Always the adventurer and ready for change, Dr. Kefalos moved to the US Virgin Islands in 2005. Dr. Kefalos co-created and practiced at Virgin Island Wellness on St. Croix from 2005-2011. The time in the Caribbean stands as a very profound, trans-formative period in Dr. Kefalos' journey. In 2010 while on St. Croix, she was honored with receiving the "Best Wellness Center" and "Best Internal Medicine Physician" awards by the readers of The Virgin Islands Daily News... In 2011 she relocated to Portland, Oregon where she enjoys the natural beauty and the temperate climate of Oregon and the fierce independence of the Oregonians!
