Dan has been an on-site and remote support technician for over 12 years, specializing in Small Business Network Management and Desktop Support. Dan's main focus is on local office IT management, including network configuration/installation, video surveillance systems, custom websites, and general asset management.

John Wm Beckner, Systems Analyst since 1994. Certificate from Computer Learning Centers. He has developed commercial products and custom database solutions in many languages for over 20 years. Some of the commercial products developed were: consumer loan management, real estate, insurance and premium financing, mobile home park management, and self-storage facility management. Along with these products were utility tools for each of the languages. Some of his custom application experience has been in the areas of telephony, custom Web page development with database management, creation of a "Kid Safe" custom browser and medical industry systems.
