Dudley Ventures is proud to call the historically significant Arizona Hardware Supply Company on 22 East Jackson Street in Phoenix, home. Constructed in 1930, this warehouse was a loading facility for the much larger Arizona Hardware Supply Company headquarters across the street. Its design was modest and functional. The 9,700 square-foot brick building was designed to store hardware goods and conveniently allow for their pick up. The central door on street grade allowed for trucks to enter the building with a channel running the length of the building for exit at the rear. Two bays on either side off the main entrance allowed for unloading of goods from the rail line located immediately in front of the building...
