EASY CEILING SOLUTIONS - Key Persons

Bob Domingos

"John's manuals are very easy to understand, his methods are really simple, can be understood and taught to anyone. He explains all of the tricks of the trade, from how to get the job, how to do the job, and what to charge. Any equipment or supplies that you need can be bought from Wal-Mart or your local hardware store. I now have all of my equipment. I'm really pumped. I don't know of anything else out there where you can invest so little and enjoy such a high return potential!"

You can make as much money as you want in this business if you are motivated to do so. It's dependent upon the effort put forth, your volume of customer contacts, and by following my instructions. I started out in this type of business with a $50,000 investment in the world's leading ceiling cleaning business franchise in 1989. Over the years, I discovered many flaws in the traditional cleaning methods, and the marketing of the services. The results were unpredictable, not consistent with the Franchisor's claims, and poor to marginal in many instances. Additionally, there was a significant risk of collateral damage on every job. I blew out electrical systems, bleached carpets, streaked walls, damaged furnishings, set off fire alarms, (and more!) doing things their way. When I had problems, they weren't there to help. Worst of all, the level of customer satisfaction was too often less than expected.
