Bill King is President of Beck Consulting and has 40 years of experience in construction, appraisal, management, feasibility analysis, and consulting. Mr. King was previously Director of Golf Operations for Shaker Golf Corporation and was responsible for the management and development of multiple golf courses and residential developments in southwest Ohio and Texas. Mr. King is a resident of Butler County.
Jack York is the Executive Vice President of Beck Consulting and has been involved in the real estate industry for 32 years. Mr. York completed a Master of Science in real estate appraisal and investment analysis at the University of Wisconsin at Madison. He is experienced in the valuation and evaluation of commercial, industrial, residential, and other types of properties, and advises clients on real estate investment decisions. Mr. York is a state-certified general appraiser in Ohio and Kentucky, and an ODOT pre-qualified appraiser. Mr. York is a resident of Hamilton County and specializes in appraisals for partial acquisitions.
Lance Brown, MAI is Executive Vice President of Beck Consulting and has been engaged in the real estate industry for 30 years. Mr. Brown completed a Master of Business and Administration at the University of Cincinnati. He is experienced in the valuation and evaluation of commercial, industrial, residential, and other types of properties, and advises clients on real estate investment decisions. Mr. Brown is a state-certified general appraiser, an ODOT pre-qualified appraiser and an appraisal reviewer. Mr. Brown is a resident of Hamilton County and specializes in appraisals for partial acquisitions.
