Amy M. Vazquez - VP

Christine Myers - President

Christine Myers is a proven leader with dynamic experience as a corporate executive, small business owner, non-profit board member, presidential appointee, and elected official for Morris County. First elected to the Morris County Commissioner Board in 2016, Myers led of adoption of the County Strategic Plan and debt reserve policy to ensure the long-term prosperity of Morris County. In 2017, she was appointed Regional Advocate to U.S. Small Business Administration's Office of Advocacy, where she addressed regulatory challenges faced by thousands of business owners. She returned to the Board of County Commissioners in January of 2023 where she currently serves as the Director. Myers' corporate career began with AT&T, managing critical technology and communication programs for the U.S. Dept. of State, the White House and U.S. presidential candidates, and later as Vice President of Alliances, negotiat ed multimillion-dollar alliances for Lucent Technologies, Avaya, & Siemens Enterprise Networks. She is also the cofounder of Madison Park Foods, an award-winning, all-natural seasoning and spice rub manufacturer with nationwide distribution. Myers' has a long history of volunteering and non-profit board leadership roles including Cornerstone Family Programs, the Order of Malta, and Americas Gleaned Seafoo d. She participates regularly in the prison ministry at Morris County Correctional Facility. Myers holds a degree from the College of William and Mary, resides in New Vernon, New Jersey with her husband Stan Gorski, and is a proud mother of sons, Tom, and Stan.

Harold R. Hawkey

Harold was hired by the Association as Assistant Secretary to the Board in 1948. Educated at Princeton and with a law degree from Columbia, he was promoted to Secretary, a position that evolved to Executive Director. Under his direction, EANJ became one of the premier employers' associations in the country. Harold's dedicated and distinguished service to EANJ ended with his retirement in 2000 - 52 years of unwavering commitment to service and an exceptionally high standard of excellence - values that remain the core of EANJ.

Jane DiRoma

Jane has been with EANJ for over two decades. Under the EANJ bylaws, Jane reports directly to the president and is responsible for maintaining EANJ's financial records, processing both accounts payable and receivable, producing financial reports and assisting with audits. Additionally, Jane provides a variety of administrative support services, including the maintenance of all insurance and tax records, as well as reports to the EANJ board of directors. John J. Sarno

John J. Sarno specializes in employment and labor law. He has litigated cases in state and federal courts, including wrongful termination and retaliatory discharge. He regularly counsels management on proactive policies and practices to maintain positive employee relations and advises member companies in many areas of employment law, including ADA, sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, drug and alcohol testing and employment discrimination. Robin has over 30 years of legal experience in the labor and employment field and earned her B.A. from Clark University and her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. Robin has extensive experience in such areas of the law as discrimination, WARN, OSHA, NLRB obligations and prohibitions, and FLSA. Robin conducts training programs and workshops on such topics as Introduction to Employment Laws, Immigration Law, Diversity, Leadership Training, and Preventing Harassment in the Workplace as well as other management programs. She also counsels members on all aspects of the daily functioning of the Human Resources department, including assessment of legal liabilities, drafting and implementation of personnel manuals.
