Charles has experience in the telecommunication and construction industries as Accountant, his immediate past role being accountant at Simu Construction. This involved among other things management of key stakeholders such as Tax Authorities and Workers Compensation. At EFC he has held the role of Treasury Manager before being appointed Head of Risk and Compliance.
Charles is a Chartered Financial Analyst Level 2 Candidate, a finalist of the Master of Science in Accounting and Finance with the University of Zambia and further studying Certified Expert in Risk Management (CERM) with Frankfurt School of Development Finance. He also holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the Copperbelt University.

Christabel Kachuka has over nine years of experience in the MSME industry. She started her career at AB Bank Zambia LTD as a Micro Loan Officer and she later moved to the Internal Audit Department where she rose through the ranks from Junior Internal Auditor to the position of Head of Internal Audit.
Christabel holds a BSc in Production Management from the Copperbelt University and is currently studying for the Certified Internal Auditor qualification and pursuing an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Zambia (UNZA).

Esau brings an abundance of wealth and experience in Banking, Technology and Project Management. He has a little under 30 years' experience in the Banking & Financial sector.
He has previously worked for Standard Chartered Bank Zambia PLC where his last role was Senior Technical Analyst in the IT Dept. He later joined Barclays Bank Zambia PLC as Electronic Banking Manager in Operations, before moving to Retail Banking as Digital Channels Specialist and finally as Project Manager in the Operations Dept. He later moved to Multichoice Zambia Limited as a Consultant Project Manager and his most recent engagement, before joining EFC Zambia, was in Project and Management Consultancy at Spry Consult (Z) Ltd.
Esau is a holder of a BSc. (Hons) Degree in Computing obtained from Greenwich University, Certified PRINCE2 Practitioner and currently undertaking two master's degree programs - MSc. Project Management and MEng. ICT Policy and Management. He is also a member of the Information & Communication Technology Association of Zambia (ICTAZ) as well as the British Computer Society (BCS).

Chrispin Daka is a Chartered Accountant and Entrepreneur with over 22 years of professional experience in Public Practice and Industry. He is a Fellow of ZICA and a holder of a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the Copperbelt University Business School. He is a Founding and Senior Partner of Client Focus Solutions Chartered Accountants. He is an accredited Insolvency Practitioner in Zambia.
In his career, he has worked with BDO Zambia, PWC Zambia, Engen Petroleum Zambia, and BSi Steel at senior positions. One of his core competencies is Governance and Risk Control support. He serves on a number of Public and Private Audit and Risk committees.

Iwan also worked as an Independent Consultant Focusing on contracts in the financial services industry as financial consultant and business development specialist. His focus further was on Micro and SME Finance, both from a business plan and operations perspective. Iwan also worked with Senior Credit Analyst at the Corporate Finance department for 2 years. Prior to that, he worked with Rabobank Netherlands for 4 years analyzing E- and M-Business opportunities for Rabobank Netherlands and several its subsidiaries. Iwan holds a Masters of Electronic Commerce from Dalhousie University and a BSc Technical Business Studies from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.

Helen Samatebele possesses 35 years management experience in, among other disciplines, Corporate Governance, Strategic Planning and Risk Management, Business Development, Policy Formulation and Financial Management across Government, Non-Governmental Organizations, and the Private Sector. Hellen also has vast Board experience having served on many Boards such as the Stanbic Bank Zambia Board for several years, the Tobacco Board of Zambia, Nitrogen Chemicals of Zambia, Maamba Collieries, and the Civil Society for Poverty Reduction Board. She holds a Diploma in Nutrition from the Natural Resources Development College in Zambia and several certificates in various disciplines such as Management of Enterprise Development, Corporate Governance and, Human Resource Management. She is also member of the Institute of Directors in Zambia.
