ELM Homes' mission is to actively support people in achieving personal satisfaction and empowerment through independence and community integration... ELM Homes offers a continuum of residential support services to children and adults with disabilities in Southern Minnesota. ELM Homes Home and Community Based Services provide opportunities for safe, supportive community living to individuals with disabilities. Services range from total care for the profoundly disabled to group homes that foster independence for individuals capable of relatively high levels of self-sufficiency.
