EI is a small, high-powered environmental consulting firm founded in 1994. Our main office is located in Seattle, Washington. Our smaller offices are located in Portland, OR and Washington D.C. We are an interdisciplinary team of environmental scientist, policy analyst, engineers and attorneys providing environmental consulting services in a variety of areas.
