Adrian Mullins

Adrian recently joined eLynx in May 2023. Adrian has more than 25 years of experience in the water and wastewater industries. As Field Services Technician, Adrian works to fulfill our customer's communication, network, and equipment needs. He has a knack for leveraging his pedantic tendencies to organize panels and equipment in an orderly and efficient fashion. Adrian is focused on providing field services to rural water districts, municipalities, and utility management groups in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, and Missouri. In his spare time, Adrian loves being outside. Whether it's hunting, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, wake surfing, or obstacle course racing, Adrian prefers the great outdoors. Adrian has four daughters, six granddaughters, one grandson, with another grandson expected this year. Adrian is "excited to start this journey with eLynx" and appreciates the straightforward management style of the eLynx leadership team.

Alan McDaniel

Prior to joining eLynx, Alan spent 16 years in oil and gas measurement where he owned a measurement company. In addition to his oil and gas experience, Alan held licenses as a water operator and ground treatment operator in the state of Texas. He prides himself on the relationships he creates with customers and believes that is the key component of a growing a successful business. Alan enjoys spending time with his family watching his sons' sporting events and attending church. He also enjoys fly fishing, hunting, grilling, and traveling.

Becky Overholt

Becky joined eLynx in August 2008. As a Report Specialist, Becky creates, modifies and customizes scheduled reports for our customers. She is also the CRM Administrator for the Business Development team. Her specialty is working on a multitude of different projects across various department in the company. Becky enjoys running to stay healthy. She said "I have always enjoyed running. I may not be as fast as I once was, but I still love to run." She has ran races of various distances from a 5k to a marathon, noting her favorite distance is a half marathon. Becky added, "I am also very funny, and I love making people laugh." When asked what she enjoys most about eLynx, Becky said, "I enjoy the camaraderie with my teammates. I love that I always have someone willing to help me when I run into an issue. I also love that while work can be stressful, I always have someone that is guaranteed make me laugh."

Carissa Williams

Carissa joined eLynx in January 2018 as a Sales Analyst and was promoted to Marketing Manager in March 2023. She specializes in business intelligence, data mining, finance and marketing. Her role includes conducting various types of research, lead gen reports, ad hoc reports, and content creation. Her previous eight years of experience includes working at a marketing consultation firm and as a business development analyst at a major hospital in Tulsa. Carissa grew up on a horse farm, breaking horses ever since she can remember. She continues to ride and train horses almost every day of the week. Carissa competes in an equestrian sport called eventing, which involves horse trials with three different phases: dressage, show jumping, and cross-country. When asked what she enjoys most about eLynx, Carissa said, "The people. They are like family."

Cindy Marshall

Cindy joined eLynx in January 2017 as the Executive Assistant to the late Steve Jackson, eLynx co-founder and past CEO/President. In her current role as Communications Manager, she assists with marketing functions including website and social media, manages internal and external company communications, event planning, community outreach, as well as Corporate Secretary duties. Cindy's 25+ years of experience was focused on administration, marketing and entrepreneur endeavors. Fun facts about Cindy. She was a member of the Oklahoma State University Women's Tennis Team and competed in bodybuilding Figure competitions for three years because it was "on her life list" of things she always wanted to do. Cindy loves all outdoor activities including golf, tennis, running, hiking, boating and snow skiing. She's even tried skydiving (tandem, of course) and will definitely do it again. Cindy love spending time with her family, friends and traveling. When asked what she enjoys most about eLynx, Cindy said, "The people ARE the culture of this company. It is a priority to have the right fit for each accountable position. eLynx is one of the most collaborative, motivating, progressive, driven, friendly, and caring cultures I've had the opportunity to be a part of."

Courtney McMillian

Courtney joined eLynx in March 2008. As Manager of Field Services, Courtney works with customers on their communication needs by running path studies for communication links (point-to-point and point-to-multipoint) systems, designing Spread Spectrum and Ethernet radio networks, spec'ing out equipment needed and running power consumption models to verify the correct power package for each asset. He also installs and troubleshoots the communication equipment for customers. Courtney's prior four years of experience was in oil and gas midstream as SCADA Admin for SouthWestern Energy. Courtney handled the day-to-day SCADA needs and oversaw the SCADA communications infrastructure. In his spare time, Courtney loves spending time outdoors. Hunting, fishing, camping or basically anything to unplug from technology. When asked what he enjoys most about eLynx, Courtney said, "The eLynx family. Having spent the last 16 years either using eLynx as a Scada vendor or working for them, it feels like you are with family. Everyone is always receptive to new ideas or approaches to tackling issues. Plus, the leadership team's open door policy is very much appreciated."

Jamie Lalumendre

Jamie joined eLynx in December 2016 as a Accounting Clerk in the Finance department. In July 2017, Jamie was promoted to Human Resources Manager where she manages the administrative functions of HR for the company, oversees the recruitment of new employees, consults with management on strategic planning, and serves as an advocate for both the organization and its employees. Jamie holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI and is a certified Payroll Administrative Specialist. Her previous eight years of experience was as a Joint Interest Accountant for a local oil and gas producer.

Jason Riem

Jason joined eLynx in June 2007. In his role as SCADA Support Engineer, he is the SCADA Support lead for customers with thousands of assets to a single well site. Jason works one-on-one with customers setting up training needs, interface layout, Discrete and Data setpoint configurations, trend files from RTUs, reporting needs, field installation requirement and communication needs. Communication setups include cell modems, SAT modems, Ethernet, RS-232, RS-485, routers, switches, MDS and Freewave radio systems. He specializes in PLC/modbus configuration and setup. Jason's previous 17 years experience was with ONEOK Inc as a measurement analyst and SCADA Admin. Outside of eLynx, Jason is an avid hunter and outdoorsman. He loves to travel with his family and explore the country as much as possible. When asked what he enjoys most about eLynx, Jason said, "Small and family oriented. We all care and want the best for one another. We all communicate and work well with each other to provide the best service for our company."

Josh joined eLynx in May of 2007. In his role as Product Development Manager, he manages all active projects being developed with the Product, Development, and Leadership teams. Josh specializes in project development, product design, interdepartmental communication, and product delivery. He focuses on ensuring eLynx is producing industry-leading tools for the SaaS SCADA market. Before serving as Product Development Manager, Josh spent ten years serving as a SCADA Support Specialist and later as Business Analyst with eLynx. Prior to 2007, he served as a SOHO Support agent for Wells Fargo and Terminal Automation Services Support for Magellan Midstream Partners. Outside of eLynx, Josh devotes his time to his wife and two children who are growing up faster than he could have imagined. He also enjoys cooking, weightlifting, swimming, and reading military history. When asked what he enjoys most about eLynx, Josh said, "I love working with a dedicated, passionate team of people who support each other every day."

JP Risenhoover

JP joined the eLynx team in the Summer of 2019, as a member of our business development and field services group, bringing 10+ years of experience in similar roles within the oil & gas industry. JP's unique blend of business development, customer support, and field services experience allows him to work with customers on all aspects of a project from start to finish. He was part of the team that identified and onboarded the company's first water system in late 2019 and as the water vertical grew at eLynx, JP shifted from supporting energy and water to exclusively working with water systems. As the Water Solutions Manager, JP is focused on the growth of eLynx's efforts into providing cost effective SCADA services to rural water districts, municipalities, and utility management groups in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Texas, and Louisiana. When he's not at work, you can find JP enjoying a round of golf, a good cigar and spending time with his wife and their boys. When asked what he enjoys about eLynx, "This team is made up of a tightly knit group of talented individuals who strive to make eLynx successful and be their best professionally, while also encouraging each other to be their best selves on a personal level. "

KC Crews

KC Crews joined eLynx in November 2000. As SCADA Support Lead, KC assists customers with everything from setting up new devices, users, modems, schedules, reports and schemes to making changes on the polling server or trouble-shooting issues of any kind. That's why KC is referred to as the "Polling Goddess." When KC is not assisting customers, she loves to play Minecraft and Beat Saber video games a few times a week. She said she plays Minecraft on her own and Beat Saber with anyone she can talk into it. KC noted, "Minecraft allows you to create and build things, and use your imagination to create your own world, as well as letting you battle zombies, skeletons and the explosive creepers. Beat Saber gives you a fun way to get a little exercise while using light sabers. It gives me the hope of being a Jedi in disguise." When asked what she enjoys most about eLynx, KC said, "My co-workers and the sense of family we have here."

Kurt Gastelum

Kurt's 20 years of prior experience included over 10 years at Compaq Computer Corporation where he was an integral part of the Plug and Play initiative for the PC industry. Kurt is an avid waterfowl hunter and fisherman. He noted that he is appreciative of every moment spent with his wife and four kids. When asked what he enjoys most about eLynx, Kurt said, "The culture that Steve Jackson desired to establish, the commitment to excellence of my teammates, and the willingness of everyone at eLynx to help in any situation."

Matt Hinckley

Matt joined eLynx in October 2018 as Senior Systems Administrator. His role includes managing and maintaining internal infrastructure systems, improving technical processes to enhance critical procedures, and ensures information systems security practices and requirements are met. Matt has 14 years of prior experience in computer science and computer networking and information systems security. In his spare time, Matt enjoys spending time with his son and working on vehicles. When asked what he enjoys most about eLynx, Matt said, "The company culture is among the best I've had the pleasure to work with. My co-workers are driven, focused on performance and bettering eLynx as a company, which is refreshing."

Melissa Cox

Melissa joined eLynx in February, 2019 as Field Services Admin in the Carthage office. In her current role as the Procurement & Logistics Manager, she is responsible for ordering hardware, inventory management and vendor relations, as well as assisting with COMS support and field service customer issues. In her spare time, Melissa owns and operates a women's and children's boutique which she started in 2017. Today, she has turned the boutique into a 100% online business that sells and ships to customers nationwide. Noting what she enjoys most about eLynx, Melissa said "The independence of being able to do my job, but also knowing that if I need assistance someone is always a phone call away and willingly ready to step up and help. In a very short time, I've established great friendships while working remotely daily!"

Peter Hughes

Peter first joined eLynx in November 2008 and held various customer service roles through February 2018 where he focused on customer and field support, training, implementation, and was a support team lead. He then took a break to explore other opportunities with a large midstream company. Peter specialized in SCADA support in pipeline control, measurement, field specialists, communications, internal and external end users, special projects involving system integrations, testing, process management and documentation, as well as Offshore Support in process development and training. Peter rejoined eLynx in April, 2020, to be a part of the Customer Success team. His role involves on-boarding, training, special projects, evaluating needs and value opportunities, and product feedback for continued improvement. Due to his vast industry-related experience, you can see why Peter's motto is "see a need, fill a need." Peter adds some interesting color to Fridays with his infamous Hawaiian shirt collection. When asked what he enjoys most about eLynx, he said "the dedication of wonderful people to help each customer get the most value with meaningful, intuitive tools is extremely rewarding."

Phyllis Shelton

Phyllis began her journey with eLynx in July 1997 while working for Steve Jackson at a previous company, American Central Gas Technologies, Inc. When eLynx was established in August 2000, Phyllis transitioned to the new company. She has served in numerous positions over the years, so her current role is a perfect fit for her vast knowledge of eLynx services. As Business Operations Manager, Phyllis provides sales support to our Business Development team, acts as a liaison between sales, eLynx Field Services, Customer Support and Accounting for all contracts, billing and customer historian information. She specializes in contract management for all cellular and satellite carriers that provide services to eLynx. Phyllis is dedicated to staying fit and healthy. She is a Group Fitness Instructor and has been teaching group fitness classes for over 16 years. She leads classes five times a week at 5:00am. Fun fact about Phyllis is she has walked on hot coals with her bare feet. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two very active daughters. When asked what she enjoys most about eLynx, Phyllis said, "I love who I work with and what I do. I love that I get to come to work with people that are full of integrity. With all the changes I have experienced over these 20+ years, one thing has remained constant .. the fact that I'm fortunate to work with fantastic people!!!! We truly have the best of the best."

Randall Smith

Randy joined eLynx in January 2006. In his current role as Senior Software Developer, Randy writes software for the eLynx system in addition to helping with overall system architecture and operating the Azure infrastructure that runs the eLynx system. He specializes in backend code architecture and performance. His prior 10 years experience included software development work as a consultant for different companies, especially a few in the cable/satellite television industry. Before becoming a professional software developer, Randy earned a PhD in Classical Languages at the University of California at Santa Barbara. Today, when he isn't working with computers, Randy enjoys model railroading, photography and reading mysteries. When asked what he enjoys most about eLynx, Randy said, "The people and the culture. When I started at eLynx, the entire HR policy was 'We are all adults. Act like it.' In general, that has held true for the entire time I've been with eLynx."

Ross Lickteig

Ross joined eLynx May 2018. His role as a SCADA Support Technician includes assisting customers with setting up their eLynx applications, trouble-shooting issues to resolution and helping them to get the most out of their data. Ross has 15 years of previous experience in IT Support specializing in cellular and networking, so he is able to troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently to assist our customers. In Ross' spare time, he likes to go cross-country mountain bike riding. When asked what he enjoyes most about eLynx, Ross said, "I love working with a team of professionals that strive to produce an amazing product."

Ryan Purdy

Ryan joined eLynx in April 2015. His role on the Customer Success team includes working with new customers to onboard them with eLynx applications, as well as working with current customers on eLynx application special projects. Ryan also provides training to new and current customers. He noted that he really enjoys building relationships with customer and thrives on the interaction. Ryan's 15 years of prior experience was with production companies where he worked with production accounting systems and SCADA systems to bring in the best data for their operations. In his spare time, Ryan loves staying fit by running and doing Crossfit. He says it helps him clear his mind and makes him feel like a better person. When asked what he enjoys most about eLynx, Ryan said, "The eLynx team is like a second family to me. I feel I can talk to anyone in the eLynx team about anything and they will be there for me! I love how we are so close to each other and the leadership at eLynx is the best! Everyone is very involved and willing to help with any project or lend a hand if needed. We have the best team in the industry!"

Ryan Richison - CTO

Ryan Richison, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), leads eLynxs' product development and technology teams. In his role, Richison works with a talented team of professionals to assess the eLynx application and ensure alignment with the company's strategic business goals as well as identify and recommend new strategies and solutions for product improvement. He is also responsible for the company's programs around project management, security, continuity, and technology operations. Prior to joining eLynx in 2018, Richison served as Director of Design and Delivery at Simmons Bank in Arkansas, Senior Vice President and Director of Business Innovation for BankSNB in Oklahoma and multiple leadership positions within Tacoma based Columbia Bank where Richison started his career in 1995. When Ryan is not learning about trends in DevOps, writing proof-of-concept code to dive into new cloud services, or virtually attending iteration and planning meetings he is running around Disneyworld or playing an Overwatch match with his best friend and wife, Jolene.

After working directly with customers to provide support and training for seven years, Sam then became the Chief Product Officer where she led the vision and execution of the eLynx platform. Shawn Dismuke

Shawn joined eLynx in November 2006 and currently manages eLynx Support. Shawn specializes in new equipment research and implementation. He supports customers with their daily usage of the eLynx application and troubleshoots issues related to communications, protocol, and/or hardware. He noted, "Our customers are always bringing us a unique problem or issue to analyze and resolve. We are fortunate to have such a talented team to help them get the highest and best value using the eLynx applications." Shawn's seven years of prior experience was working for Sunoco Logistics, Chesapeake Energy, and Engineering Design Group. Outside of eLynx, Shawn loves to run full and half marathons and is camping and/or hiking with his family on most weekends. When asked what he enjoys most about eLynx, Shawn said "I enjoy the time I spend with both my co-workers and working with our customers which is rare to find and a key reason I have been with the company for so long."

Stephen "Steve" Jackson

Stephen "Steve" Jackson co-founded eLynx Technologies with Stephen J. Heyman in August 2000. He served as the president and chief executive officer of eLynx since it's inception until the first of January 2020 when he became chairman of the Advisory Board. Unfortunately, Steve passed away suddenly at the end of January 2020. Steve founded and developed several companies during his business career. These businesses focused on several industries, including commercial and residential land development; oil and gas exploration and production; and a midstream pipeline company that gathered, processed, and treated natural gas and gas liquids. He has served on the boards of various public companies, including First Interstate Bank of Oklahoma, Boatmen's Bank of Oklahoma and Silicon Valley Bank of California. He is a past board member of Iron Gate, Saint Simeon's Episcopal Home and the State Governing Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma, previously volunteering as a Big Brother for 15 years. Steve also served as a member of the Board of Trustees of The University of Tulsa, participating as a member of the Executive Committee and Chair of the Audit Committee. Steve earned a degree in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University in 1968.

Steve Heyman is co-founder and senior advisory board member of eLynx Technologies. His background in the oil and gas industry spans more than four decades and includes oil and gas exploration and production, as well as gathering, processing, and treating natural gas and gas liquids. Steve is also a managing member of Nadal and Gussman and its affiliates, president of Reserve Drilling Company, and chairman of American Land Development Company. He graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he is a recipient of the University Alumni Award of Merit. He currently serves his alma mater as trustee and has served on its Presidential Search and Executive Committees. Steve is a trustee and former chairman of St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He also serves as trustee and executive committee member of the world-renowned Philbrook Museum of Art and was a trustee of the Children's Medical Center, Undercroft School, and Holland Hall School.

Steve Reiser

Steve joined eLynx in August 2007 and currently serves a senior software developer designing and developing features and enhancements for eLynx applications. His previous experience includes two years working on SCADA systems for a plastics manufacturing chemical plant and natural gas turbine power plant, as well as 30 years as a software developer in multiple industries. Steve specializes in full stack software development. With his vast experience, Steve is able to work on any layer of our application from the database up through the user interface. A fun fact about Steve is that he got to experience flying a P51 Mustang WWII fighter plane. Not too many people can say that! When asked what he enjoyed most about eLynx, Steve said "My co-workers. They are some of the most talented people I've had the privilege of working with."

Tom Rhoads

Tom joined eLynx in January 2007. As Senior Network Engineer, he specializes in Cisco, TCP/IP, routing and security. Tom's role includes architecting, engineering and ensuring voice, local and wide area network connectivity. Prior to eLynx, Tom was part of a start-up local internet service provider, EasyTEL. He has been a network engineer for over 20 years. In his spare time, Tom enjoys photography and spending time with his wife and five children. When asked what he enjoys most about eLynx, Tom said, "Very simply, the eLynx culture!"

Tony Jacobs

Tony joined eLynx in July 2010. As SCADA Support Lead, Tony's role is to provide support to customers to address issues and requests, set up devices for the website, assist with reports and the interfaces with external systems. He also sets up and troubleshoots remote communications for customers. Tony specializes in Total Flow Protocol, Fisher ROC Protocol, Modbus Protocol, celluar, radio and satellite communications. His sixteen years of previous experience has been as a software developer for the oil and gas industry for various companies such as Transok, Williams Energy, and AEP. Tony switched to SCADA while working on Military contracts for AFS, then Atlas Pipeline before joining eLynx. Tony is an Army Veteran. He was an Infantry Fire Team Leader during his four years of service which included a two-year tour of Berlin, Germany. When asked what he enjoys most about eLynx, Tony said, "The people. The group here at eLynx is comprised of professional individuals who come together to form an excellent team with a simple goal, ensure that each customer knows how important they are to us."

Virginia Hess

Virginia joined eLynx in September 2017. As an Account Executive, she truly believes in working with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions. Virginia has a passion for people and problem solving, so she strives to listen and understand a client's needs in order to work together to deliver effective solutions, combined with the goal of building long-lasting customer relationships. Prior to eLynx, she has more than 20 years of account management and consultative selling experience in various industries. A fun fact about Virginia is that she loves using photographs to make personalized cards and books. More proof that she adds a personal touch to everything she does. When asked what she enjoys about eLynx Virginia said, "There's a culture of respect, regardless of pay or position. Leadership has an open door and idea-sharing is encouraged by all. When one person wins, we all win. It's very much an "all hands on deck" team environment.
