Since forming Endstate in February 2002, Greg has specialised in the delivery of senior professional services associated with large infrastructure and services delivery contracts, and most recently interested in industry reform of procurement practices.
With over 40 years practical experience and a thorough understanding of the initiation, planning and execution of major projects, Greg is a specialist in forming effective teams to deal with complex projects and tight timeframes. Greg has been involved with some of the largest infrastructure projects in Australia - both public and private - delivered in the last ten years.He brings a civil engineer's experience to the project risk environment, with a special focus on infrastructure development and operations, property acquisition/disposal and delivery of large-scale projects.

Sue is Endstate's Learning and Development expert, and brings over 25 years professional experience to our clients' strategic learning and devlopment, and communication challenges.
Sue is expert in developing, mapping and assessing capabilities and competencies of people, teams and organisations, and then measuring the return on the training investment.
