Jim Kuykendall

Cofounder of ESG International. Responsible for business development for Technical Staffing as well as Engineering and Technical Consulting Divisions. Jim's background as a Project Manager at several commercial nuclear power plants gives him an in-depth knowledge of planning and scheduling, budgets, and construction activities. Jim's current duties require him to keep abreast of current market trends regarding the energy sector and its concentration on renewable and green energy, and to market ESGI's long history of supporting the commercial nuclear markets. Jim enjoys golfing and boating. Education: B.S. Business Administration, Averett College

Lee Stocks

Job Titles:
  • Facilities Manager

Lee joined ESGI in 2005 with over 25 years of experience in nuclear power, engineering, manufacturing, and information technology. Until recently he was general manager of ESGI's Construction Division, and now is Facilities Manager for our 85,000 square foot headquarters building. He also is responsible for ESGI's safety program, being OSHA-500 certified for leading safety training classes. Lee is a registered professional engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and in his leisure time, he enjoys cycling, golfing, camping, and snowboarding. Education: B.S. Mechanical Engineering, Virginia Tech

Mark Doughty

Job Titles:

Mark joined ESGI in 1996 and has over 25 years experience in accounting, with over 15 as a controller. He is responsible for controller duties for ESGI and subsidiaries, and creates consolidated monthly financial statements and supporting schedules. He oversees payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash management functions, and supervises an accounting staff of five. Mark is a passionate Virginia Tech alumnus, a history buff, and a civil war re-enactor. Education: B.S. Accounting, Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University

Mike Warren - VP

Job Titles:
  • Vice President
Cofounder of ESG International. Responsible for human resources, marketing and insurance operations. Responsibilities include customer interface, daily operations, subcontractor relations, and business development. Mike has over 30 years of experience and a strong background in employment regulations (EEOC, FLSA and Title VII, DOL guidelines and ERISA.) An avid boater, Mike holds a USCG Master Captain's License. Education: B.S. Business Administration, Averett College

Russ Parker

Russ joined ESGI in 1999 and is responsible for recruiting and business development. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps from which he was Honorably Discharged, Russ brings a strong work ethic to bear for the clients that rely on ESGI for all of their technical staffing requirements. Tom Gillman - CEO, President

Cofounder of Energy Services Group International. Tom has over 30 years experience in engineering, marketing, finance, project management and senior management, and is responsible for oversight, business development, analysis and strategy. Tom is currently the Vice-Chairman of the Williamsburg Area Meals on Wheels, is on the Board of Advisors for the Entrepreneurship Center at the College of William & Mary, and serves on the Boards of Directors for The Muscarelle Museum and The Williamsburg Winery. An avid traveler and runner, Tom has run over 45 marathons. Education: B.S. in Engineering, Ohio State University MBA, College of William and Mary

Vicki O'Neal O'Dell

Since 1995, Vicki has been directly involved in the daily operations of ESGI. She is responsible for administration of health, dental, disability, life, 401k, and other related benefits for over 700 field employees and 35 staff employees. She has extensive experience managing all human resource disciplines including: employee policies, employee relations, records management, compensation/benefits, training & development, equal opportunity/affirmative action programs, and legal and regulatory requirements.
