Gina Carey became the Conroller at Eschenbach Optik of America, Inc. in 2021 and is responsible for all financial and accounting operations, distribution and logistics, information technology, facilities and compliance.
A former Big 4 accountant and auditor, Carey joins Eschenbach after several years as a consultant, providing executive leadership, financial strategy, accounting and profit optimization guidance to her client base. Prior to opening her own consulting practice, she served as managing director and CFO of a mid-sized marketing services company, CFO of a market research business and SVP of finance & operations of a digital media organization.
Gina graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor Degree in Science and Accounting and is a member of the Connecticut Society of CPAs.

Joe Buttazzoni is the West Region Sales Manager for Eschenbach Optik of America, Inc. and is responsible for a team of 6 Territory Managers who cover the western and midwestern parts of the U.S. He joined Eschenbach in 1999 as the North Central Territory Manager and then followed that role as the Florida / Puerto Rico Territory Manager.
In the various positions Joe has had with Eschenbach, he has consulted with numerous low vision practices and provided training to hundreds of eye care and vision rehab professionals. Joe is an approved provider of continuing education by ABO, JCAHPO and ACVREP.
Prior to joining Eschenbach, he held a variety of sales and management positions with Varilux, American Optical, and Vision-Ease Lens and also owned and managed an independent opticianry practice.
Joe is a licensed optician and holds a Bachelors degree in Marketing from Ferris State University.

Ken Bradley has been President and CEO of Eschenbach Optik of America, Inc. since January 1, 2005 where he is responsible for all strategic, sales, marketing, distribution and customer service activities for Eschenbach Vision Technology Products in North America.
Ken began his career with the company in sales as a Territory Manager calling on eye care and vision rehab professionals in the northeastern U.S. Since that time, Ken has held the positions of Eastern Regional Sales Manager, National Sales Manager and President of the Ophthalmic Division.
In the various positions Ken has had with Eschenbach, he has consulted with numerous low vision practices and provided training to hundreds of eye care and vision rehab professionals. Ken is an approved provider of continuing education by ABO, JCAHPO and ACVREP.
Ken holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Economics from the University of Connecticut and an MBA with concentrations in Marketing and Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University. Ken has also completed the Owner and President Management (OPM) Program in Executive Education at the Harvard Business School. He has volunteered his time within the industry having been a past Chair of the Board of The Vision Council and a past Chair of the organization's Low Vision Division as well.

Ron Dare is the East Region Sales Manager for Eschenbach Optik of America, Inc. and is responsible for a team of 5 Territory Managers who cover the eastern part of the U.S. He joined Eschenbach in 2005 as the Mid-Atlantic Territory Manager, then in 2011 became a Senior Territory Manager, and in 2018 was promoted to East Region Sales Manager.
Ron has consulted with numerous low vision practices and provided training to hundreds of eye care and vision rehab professionals. He also has spoken at many conferences on the topic of low vision and is an approved provider of continuing education by ACVREP.
Prior to joining Eschenbach, he held a variety of sales and management positions within the food safety and personnel services areas.
Ron is ABO certified and has the CCOA certification from JCHAPO. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Rider University and an MBA from La Salle University.

Ryan joined Eschenbach in 2004 as the Central Canada Territory Manager, covering the provinces of Ontario and Saskatchewan. In 2010, he was promoted to National Sales Manager for Canada covering Quebec and Ontario while also managing two other Territory Managers who cover the rest of the country.
In Ryan's experience with Eschenbach, he has helped dozens of Canadian eye care practices begin offering low vision care and also provided training to hundreds of eye care and rehab professionals.
Ryan is bilingual (English and French) and received a BA degree in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario. He also earned a Certificate in Business Management and Marketing from Humber College in Toronto, Ontario.

Timothy Gels joined Eschenbach Optik of America, Inc. in 1997 and is currently the Director of Marketing for the company.
