ESKIMO COLD - Key Persons
Karen Reece, Vice President, began her career in the PRW world in 1980. She began working for Southeastern Freezer part-time while attending business school. Once she graduated and took two other jobs, she once again landed at Southeastern Freezer where she met Steve Williams. She went on to work with Steve Williams again at Georgia Freezer and continued to work at the north Georgia facilities after they had sold to Atlas Cold Storage. Karen was offered an ownership in Eskimo Cold Storage and the chance to work with Steve Williams once again.
Karen and her husband, Lawton have 3 children and reside in Dawson County.
Steve Williams, President, began his career in the PRW world in 1978 while attending college studying to be a teacher and a coach. He soon found his true calling. He began his career at Southeastern Freezer then moved on to build his own warehouse known as Georgia Freezer. Georgia Freezer was a very successful business. In its 11 years of existence, there were 3 buildings constructed on green field sites and 6 expansions. Steve has worked for several cold storage facilities in North Georgia during the past years.
Steve and his wife, Beverly have two children and reside in Hall County.
