Since 1985, we have been active on the European scene, providing the European institutions and our stakeholders with science-based information about caramel colours and their uses... Over the years, EUTECA's mission is to improve general knowledge about caramel colour and its benefits, and to deliver factual information about caramel colour to European authorities and the general public... Moreover, EUTECA provides a forum for its members to discuss and exchange information about technical and scientific matters of common interest which affect or might affect the production or use of Caramel Colour.
