EVENT MEDICAL - Key Persons
Brad joined the eVent Medical team as Chief Financial Officer in July of 2011. In this role, he has responsibility for the overall financial management of the company, Information Systems, Human Resources, Worldwide Sales, and other responsibilities.
Prior to eVent Medical, Brad was VP Finance (acting CFO) for CNS Response, Inc. in Costa Mesa, CA and VP Finance of ev3 Neurovascular/Micro Therapeutics, Inc in Irvine, CA. Brad worked for Viasys Healthcare in CA for ten years, as Interim CFO, Group Controller, Director of Finance-International Operations, and other finance functions. Prior to that, he worked at Beckman Instruments for nine years in various finance positions.
Brad has over thirty-four years of finance experience with thirty-years in the medical equipment manufacturing industry. He earned his BS in Business Finance/Accounting/Management at Brigham Young University, UT, and an MBA from Pepperdine University, Malibu, CA.

Dale joined the eVent Medical team July of 2012.
As Director of International Business Development, Mr. Eiserman acts as the corporate liaison to the worldwide sales team and is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with existing and potential strategic multinational distribution partners. He also assesses and makes recommendations about new global business opportunities.
Mr. Eiserman has an extensive background in the ventilator industry with more than 30 years of experience in the international sales and marketing of critical care ventilators.
Before joining eVent Medical, Dale had been based in Hong Kong and was Managing Director, Asia Pacific, for Cardinal Health Hong Kong Limited after their acquisition of VIASYS Healthcare where he held the same role. He had operational responsibilities for the Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Beijing Representative offices.
Prior to that, he held senior international sales management positions with Bear Medical Systems, Bird Products Corporation, and VIASYS Healthcare.

Kirk has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of eVent Medical since November of 2006. Previously, Kirk founded and managed Newport Medical Instruments, Inc. (a ventilator manufacturer in Costa Mesa, CA) for 18 years as their President and CEO.
He has been a long-time participant in the ventilator care industry in the US and various international markets as an entrepreneur and visionary with his passion in developing user-friendly and cost-effective medical devices, assuring patient safety and best clinical efficacy.
Kirk has a BS Engineering degree from Seikei University, College of Technologies in Japan and an MS degree from Middlebury College in VT, USA.
Mark joined the eVent Medical team in February of 2021 and is currently serving as Chief Operations Officer. In this role, he has responsibility for manufacturing, materials management, customer service, technical service, quality management, R&D and sustaining engineering.
Prior to eVent Medical, Mark was Senior Vice President and Chief of Operations for Orthotic Holdings Inc Managing Production and Distribution factories in 3 countries in the Americas and Europe. Mark also worked for Allergan Inc as Vice President of Engineering and Technology, and has held various positions at Baxter healthcare and Viasys healthcare including Managing Director Viasys Ireland and VP Manufacturing for CareFusion/Viasys Healthcare for over 10 years
Mark has over 30 years of experience in the medical device industry, with 15 of those years in the Ventilation space. He earned his undergraduate degree from California State University Chico and MBA from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

Neil R MacIntyre Jr, MD, is Medical Director of Respiratory Care Services, the Pulmonary Function Laboratory, and the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program at Duke University Medical Center, as well as Professor of Medicine and former Chief of Clinical Services within the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC. He earned his BS from the University of San Francisco, CA, and his MD from Cornell University Medical College in New York, NY. He also completed both his internship and residencies in medicine at New York Hospital at Cornell University Medical Center. He completed a fellowship in pulmonary diseases at the University of California, San Francisco. He is a fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians, the American Association for Respiratory Care, and the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation. In addition, he is a member of the editorial boards for Respiratory Care, Critical Care Medicine, Journal of Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation, and Chest. He has authored an extensive list of journal manuscripts, book chapters, and books.

Ms. Patel has a Bachelor of Science degree in Food and Nutrition. She has been working in the medical device industry for 18 years in various Sales and Customer Service roles.
