Double clicking the Sales grid from any Patron record will display the detailed Sales and Ticket information for the selected Sale... In 2001, ITAdvantage was contracted to work with a large ticketing software company to help improve the quality of their ticketing software. ITAdvantage successfully helped improve the software to the point where it no longer required upgrades. A year after ITAdvantage finished the contract, the ticketing software company made a strategic decision to no longer offer or support the ticketing software. A number of the software's clients knew that ITAdvantage had worked on the software, and contacted ITAdvantage to provide technical support. The clients wanted to continue to use the ticketing software, even though they knew there would be no more updates.
