Corday Rice

Corday Rice, a native of Charleston, South Carolina, has been a devoted dog owner throughout her life. Her passion for handling dogs began during her teenage years while working at dog boarding kennels, where she began her journey working with dogs. Additionally, Corday has been riding horses since the age of 6, further expanding her understanding of animal behavior. Coray has been training dogs for 19 years. She specializes in providing comprehensive training solutions for clients seeking assistance with obedience training, problem-solving, and managing aggressive behavior. She also offers guidance to clients in selecting dogs that are a good match for their lifestyles. Corday's training philosophy revolves around a versatile approach, blending different techniques to achieve optimal results for both dog and owner. While positive reinforcement is her preferred method, she remains open to exploring new approaches when necessary. Corday firmly believes in the importance of providing proper exercise and mental stimulation to prevent problem behaviors stemming from boredom and frustration. Corday runs the boarding and training segment of the business, ensuring a safe and enriching environment for dogs in her care.

Tommy Grammer

Tommy is a Nashville, TN native. He began training dogs as an apprentice on the side during college at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. After graduating and moving to Charleston, South Carolina, Tommy decided to continue his passion training dogs by starting his own dog training business in order to share his own philosophy. After a few years, he met Corday who was another trainer at the time and together they ran the Charleston School For Dogs for several years.
