Paul T. Falk

Paul has been practicing law and winning cases for over 30 years. From the beginning, Paul's vision was to build a team that excelled at providing superior counseling, negotiation and trial skills to all of its clients. Paul serves his clients as a counselor, negotiator, strategist and trial attorney specializing in business disputes, subrogation matters and personal injury matters. For over thirty years, Paul has dedicated himself to serving his clients and improving his art. Paul has built a team of great lawyers and paralegals that get favorable results, day in and day out. Paul and his team have negotiated numerous large settlements on behalf of the firm's clients. Paul's trial experience includes significant verdicts in Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, Ohio and Wisconsin. These verdicts include an $11 million dollar verdict in Omaha, Nebraska and a $16 million dollar verdict in Sioux City, Iowa. Paul is just as proud of the service he provides to clients on smaller matters. He represented the surviving wife of a contractor against creditors who sued her on a personal guarantee, threatening to take her life savings. Paul and his team developed a successful defense strategy and defeated the claim entirely. The following underscores Paul's commitment to trial advocacy: Paul recently acted as lead trial counsel when the firm tried a construction injury case in Wisconsin. The jury returned a $1.4 million dollar verdict. One of the jurors was so moved by the firm's presentation that she sent Paul a five-figure check as an additional gift to make to the injured employee. Paul insists upon a creative and disciplined approach to handling any case entrusted to the firm by its clients from the initial meeting with the client to resolution. Paul also invests heavily in state-of-the-art technology. Because of these investments, Falk Spinasanta has the ability to use its own technology to create presentations for settlement conferences, mediations or trials rather than rely upon expensive trial consulting firms to provide that service.
