Kartik is a fellow of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) since 1992 taking a keen interest in furthering industry-academy relations. Kartik is an engineer-entrepreneur in areas of test & measurement, RF signal analysis, direction finding, optical fiber networks, lawful interception and cyber-security since 1993. After his masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri, USA in 1987, he began his start-up initially to develop and manufacture electronic factory automation equipment, and subsequently to provide telecommunications instruments and tools for testing, monitoring and security. Kartik leads FASTECH by advising the team on strategy, technical and market direction, as well as partner relations.

Suresh Panda is the company administrator and heads the finance and accounts department in FASTECH. A member of the core strategy team of FASTECH since it's bootstrap days, Suresh oversees all regulatory compliances and optimal logistics to help deliver products and services in time to customers. He has played a pivotal role in instilling sustainability amongst team members. Suresh also oversees FASTECH's welfare initiatives and channelizes funds for its corporate social responsibility.
