FELE PREP - Key Persons

FELE Prep was founded by Dr. Lynette Fields, a former public school teacher, administrator, and university professor in educational leadership. Dr. Fields - a 36 year veteran in public education - has authored or co-authored several articles and textbooks on topics related to administrator preparation. Her major research interest is studying the role of the assistant principal. The in-depth experience behind FELE Prep covers over 20 years of hands-on experience in the educational field. When Dr. Fields was teaching and advising at the university, her students would come to her for advice on what to study and how to prepare for the Florida Educational Leadership Exam (FELE). Unfortunately, the outside resources (FELE study guide, FELE test guide, FELE practice test) for effective exam preparation were minimal. Dr. Fields created FELE Prep to fill this void. She believes that being successful on a test is directly affected by one's confidence level, so the mission of FELE Prep is to give test takers confidence by providing effective tools and techniques to prepare for the FELE.
