Mike Hinderliter has power washing in his blood. The son of a power washer distributor, Mike spent high school summers working on power washers, then graduated college with an accounting degree. In 1993, while teaching truck washing for Power Washers of North America (PWNA), Mike met Daryl and Christie and established a friendship. By 1995, Mike was running his own Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning business, building a presence in Dallas-Fort Worth. Now as he incorporates the Facilitec Southwest name, he sees opportunity to improve local service and be more aggressive in sales and marketing. "It's all about the customer," he says.
