Amber C Dinan - COO

Amber Dinan is the Chief Operating Officer for Falls River Center; an organizational development, consulting, and training organization. Falls River has been designing and delivering training in leadership development, organizational change, coaching, team building and organizational development for over 17 years to 100's of organizations in the private and public sectors, nationally and internationally. Amber is involved in all areas of operation at Falls River including: oversight and coordination of all our major programs. She is responsible for the hiring and coordination of staff and oversees course material production. She interfaces with all FRC clients, ensuring complete customer service and satisfaction. Amber has successfully provided project management on some large and complicated nation-wide projects for our clients. Ms. Dinan is responsible for the design and delivery of FRC's ropes course programs, ensuring we meet the specific needs and learning objectives of our clients and working with the technical staff to maintain the highest levels of safety and quality. Amber began working with teams while working with Delta Airlines in Green Bay Wisconsin. As Lead Customer Service Agent she was responsible for the training and development of local staff in all areas of operation including system processes and emergency procedures. As TDY she assisted in the training and development of new staff across the nation in preparation of new station openings. Amber received her B.A in Sociology at the University of Virginia, with a concentration in Organizational Development. During her tenure, Amber has worked with Falls River Center as a senior technical referent. Ms. Dinan works with all staff and contractors to ensure consistency in safety and quality of our programs. In addition Ms. Dinan has developed and maintained the Falls River Center financial and program delivery systems. She has elevated Falls River from a small consulting group to a business capable of seamlessly delivering multiple, million dollar contracts, working with clients, contractors and conference centers throughout the country.

Rachel Butler - President

Rachel Butler serves as President of right angle, a results focused company founded in 2005 specializing in providing business owners, leaders and their teams with proven strategies, processes and training that improve the organizations profitability, efficiency and culture. During her 23 year career, Rachel has worked for and consulted with many Fortune 100 and international companies, federal agencies, and small to mid market companies. She has trained and mentored thousands of people world-wide on topics ranging from Statistical Process Control to High Performing Teams. She has facilitated strategic planning for private, public and Federal Agencies. She has served as an internal facilitator and consultant for GE Fanuc, a joint venture of GE and Fanuc of Japan and as a Controller for Makino of Japan. Specialties include strategic thinking and planning, profitable growth strategies and organizational performance, as well as process re-engineering. Additionally, among other certifications, Rachel is a certified Chief Training Officer by American Society of Training and Development, a certified Business Coach, and her firm is certified as a Miller Heiman sales performance partner. Her successes have been recognized with such awards as a 2007 inductee as a member and enabler into the High Impact Portfolio, an organization sponsored by Greater Louisville Inc. and Office of the Mayor for fast growth companies, companies with the potential for fast growth and those companies that enable growth in others. In 2008 right angle was named as an Inc. Credible Woman Owned Business finalist and in 2009 a finalist for Woman Business Owner of the Year. More importantly, the success of her clients has been her biggest reward - watching organizational and business owners/leaders develop their leadership ability, grow their organizations while developing their teams and significantly increasing their profits and confidence. Rachel serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Woman Business Owners of Louisville. She also serves on the boards of several businesses, and has authored several articles. Rachel has been married 20 years to Tom Butler and has two teen-age daughters. She is a Quick Recall Coach and Moderator for the Governor's Cup and enjoys oil painting, travel and cooking.
