Amanda brings over 10 years' experience to her role as Project Assistant. Her background in providing administrative, project, and accounting support in the environmental consulting field enables her to provide help across a range of projects and company departments.

Chad is a Professional Wetland Scientist with expertise in wetland science and ecology, critical species evaluations, ecological restoration, critical area monitoring, and mitigation planning. He regularly conducts surveys and restoration work in marine, riparian, and wetland ecosystems. He has extensive experience in wetland mitigation planning, wetland delineation, habitat assessment, and critical area permitting. He also performs third-party critical area reviews to determine whether permit applicants are within local and state environmental guidelines. Chad holds certifications in the Washington State Department of Ecology's Wetland Rating System, Ordinary High Water Mark determination, and Calculating Compensatory Mitigation in Wetlands.
