Andrew Lenahan - VP

As Vice President, Andrew oversees and is personally involved in all activities at First Florida including business development, estimating, preconstruction services, project management, warranty services, community outreach and leadership development. Andrew is committed to building award-winning projects using efficient teams that understand the client's objectives and create value at each step of the process. While at First Florida, Andrew has worked on new and rehabilitation projects including a mix of multi-family, commercial, hospitality, office, assisted living and retail uses located in the Southeast. In his previous roles at the company, Andrew directly managed the delivery of more than 30 new construction projects, totaling over 5,000 residential units and 4 million square feet. Andrew was awarded the YCF Person of the Year in 2011 and serves on the Board of Directors for the South Florida Chapter of the Association of General Contractors. Andrew is fluent in Spanish and is also a LEED AP. Andrew holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Miami School of Business, and is a Florida-Certified General Contractor.

Bob Miller - President

Bob Miller, the President of First Florida, is the Chairman of Rebuilding Together Miami-Dade, a non-profit organization that restores homes for low-income, disabled and elderly homeowners through Miami-Dade County at no cost to the homeowners. Working together with other local contractors, First Florida has helped hundreds of families receive repairs that include handicap access, new roofs, plumbing and electrical repairs. We donate a substantial amount of staff time each year to helping improve the lives and homes of people in need.

Dana W. Teeter

  • Vice President of Central Florida
Dana W. Teeter began his career with First Florida in 2004. Beginning as an Assistant Superintendent, and working his way up to Superintendent then Project Manager, Dana was most recently promoted to Vice President of Central Florid. He is based out of our Tampa office, overseeing all the Central Florida projects. Dana is involved in all aspects of the construction process from Design to project close out and everything in between. Dana has built over 7,500 multifamily units since his tenure with First Florida.

Gregory Wyka - President

Greg Wyka started his construction career with First Florida in 1996 when he administered the construction management contract for Divi Resorts on the island of Aruba. With a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida, he has developed his skills in all areas of construction as a Superintendent, Project Manager and as Vice President since 2002. Greg is involved in all aspects of the construction process including project design assistance, value engineering, estimating and senior project management, in addition to his executive duties. Having managed over $700 million in construction projects, he has built over 6,000 multi-family housing units, hotels and elderly housing facilities and has been involved in multiple Green Building certified projects.

Maria Guthrie - CFO

Maria has been with First Florida for over twelve years. She is responsible for the company's accounting, treasury management, tax, auditing, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting. Prior to First Florida, Maria worked for the Cisneros Group of Companies, a global enterprise focused on Real Estate, media and entertainment; she was their Senior Accounting Manager and worked directly with the company's CEO and CFO. She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and her Bachelor of Science in Finance from North Carolina State University. Maria co-founded the Miami-Dade chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and has been the chapter's president for the past three years.

Yari Gonzalez - COO

Yari has been with First Florida for over nine years. As Director of Operations, she is responsible in establishing strategic and operational leadership and procedures including administrative operations. As well as, engage actively with clients and manage end-to-end client experience. She provides insight to employees and oversight to the First Florida staff, applying the best practices to supervise all teams including development of all the following departments: Contract Administration, Insurance, Lien Releases, Bonds and Accounts Payable. She pursues new opportunities for business growth and adopts measurable improvements within the organization that promote a positive and energetic culture. She received her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Florida International University.
