I became dissatisfied with the industry's focus on cookie-cutter production instead of quality, professionalism, and caring. So in 2003, I started my own company, Felice Decks, Inc. with the idea of providing customers quality products and workmanship, a caring approach to their needs, and professionalism on every job.
One of the important differences between Felice Decks and other deck contractors is that I maintain control of my single crew throughout every job. My crew is twice the size of the average deck contracting team, which allows Felice Decks to complete decking projects in half the time of our competition while maintaining a very high standard of quality.
